I decided I wanted to wear it to church tomorrow so I took it to the cleaners. I went today to pick it up and they destroyed it. It was a beautiful navy blue. It looks like they threw it in the washing machine and faded it. The color is gone the fabric looks old and worn and the press job I could have done better on my ironing board. I am so hurt. I am so tired of these cleaners destroying my clothes because they don't know what their doing and then she tells me "it was not blue it was black" as if I don't know my own clothes! Do not take your clothes to DYNAMIC CLEANERS on Ford Road in Dearborn Heights. There is nothing dynamic about them. #dynamiccleaners

Instead of handling the situation calmly, she escalated it, which made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In addition, there were several individuals hanging around outside who appeared intoxicated, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, the atmosphere did not feel clean, professional, or customer-friendly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment.

I needed it done before I went on vacation and when I went to pick it up on the date they said it would be ready and they said it wasn't ready yet and they didn't even start on it yet and told me to check back the next day and they should have it done, I came back the next day they STILL didn't have it done and I was leaving for vacation the next day. They rush ordered it to get it done in an hour. I asked for a discount because of how late they were running and they said the best they could do was .50cents even though they caused a lot of stress over me trying to get my suit jacket on time. This kind of display showed me that they really do not care about the customer cause even after they said it would be done next day, they still didn't even care to start on it. I will not go here again there are better places to go. *EDITED* so the Business owner contacted me and he was very courteous and is going to re-imbues me the money for my alterations. I love when people do communicate back because it shows they care. Sometimes it takes the top people to show you that they actually do care and support their customers.

Meanwhile I'm mandated to dress professionally for work with my leadership doing daily spot checks or risk job loss but this cleaners ruined over $120 worth of my work clothes and literally can't tell me when or how they intend on making me whole. I can't afford to buy new garments right now. I've never heard of business being handled in this matter but I guess this is how you communicate and rectify issues in 2025. Oh I forgot to mention i had over $100 worth of dry cleaning to pick up that day and was told I still had to pay for the ruined garments to get the rest of my dry cleaning and I could either take to ruined garments with me and bring them back or leave them there when said owner is there. Now how in the hell will i know when to bring back the garments when management doesn't even know when the owner will be there? Ridiculous
