They're usually very helpful if I need something back in a certain amount of time and will work with me if something needs to be picked up faster than normal. My clothes are always clean and undamaged when I pick them up. So there's no complaints there. They do a good job, though I can't comment on their pricing since I can't say I visit many other dry cleaners. So why 4 stars instead of 5? Dry cleaners can have a terrible impact on the environment. It's hard to say one way or another what Sunny Village's eco-impact is simply because they don't advertise it one way or another. I'd like to see all dry cleaner take active steps towards minimizing their long-term environmental impact, and I'd like to see Sunny Village brag about what they're doing to support that.
