My regular laundry spot but there is one of the attendants who is almost abusive. She scolded my wife for overloading the "5 Load" queen sized dryer when it wasn't close to capacity. But today I had a dryer not heat up and after 30 minutes the clothes were cold and still quite damp. I told her there was no heat, she dropped a quarter in and walked away. She then came back opened the door and said, "Does this feel hot to you?" The interior was warm but not enough to work. I asked for my $1.50 back and she said I must've put it on the wrong setting and walked away. read more

Great place to get your laundry done by you or by our drop off. Just remember that they open at 8am and close at 7pm. The time that yelp has on site is wrong. Come site and chat with the workers. read more

This laundromat is very clean however a little pricey and the woman that works here follows you around and watches you and tells you how to wash your clothes. She always wants you to use the bigger washers, I'm not paying $5 for a load that is only 1 or 2 loads worth. If you want people to use the bigger ones then get more 2 load washers, especially when you use half of them for the drop off service! read more

Agreed. Rude lady told me she didn't believe me when I told her the machine ripped me off. I stood there and put 10 quarters in. No one but me was in the whole place. She heard my quarters plop in. Claimed she didn't hear the blero at the end so therefore I was lying or mistaken. She proceeded to scold me. I am a regular in this business. Wash my clothes twice. She talks to customers like shit when she thinks she can get away with it, like me. As I was leaving she told me to get my white trash and leave! read more

Have to agree with first reviewer. This Laundromat is very clean but the staff is miserable. At least the night staff. They want to leave early and will let you know if you come in too late for them. Its sad because other Laundromats in area are closing and not as clean, but who wants to be glared at? I wonder if the owner knows how bad they treat customers who dare to come in too late for them? read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It is very VERY clean and I have always enjoyed going to this laundromat. They have a great selection of machines and have always had great luck with the ladies working in there until today. I went in there at 8 pm and they advertise the last load to start at 9 pm so I assumed starting at 8 would be no problem at all. Once I started my laundry she started giving me a hassle telling me I have to be done by 10 pm sharp because that is when they have to set the alarms. I said ok it shouldn't be an issue considering the washing machine only took 26 min and the dryer has never taken longer than 20-30 min. I had all of my laundry out the machines and was folding and had everything in baskets at 9:45 and was about to start taking my baskets to the car. In the mean time there was one other extremely nice man in their washing clothes who was still folding and she came over to us and said "you have to be out by 10" and I said yeah I'm just about to take my baskets to the car and then I Inquired as to why they say you can start you're last load at 9 if you have to be out by 10 and she starrted answering my question by being extremely rude and defensive stating she has to leave by 10 because her boss says so and she does not get paid over time blah blah blah and The I asked her what her name was so I could Adress her in a more personal manner and try and diffuse the situation she then refused to give it to me. So I took my stuff to the car and went back in for my last basket and was looking up at the desk for a business card and she looked at me and said what do you need and I said I'm just looking for a business card she then stated they didn't have any so I then asked if I could have a phone number to the business and she started to write it down as she was writing it she said you know I told you you had to be done and out of here by 10 and I said it is now 9:50 I am out of here in time can I please have the number and she refused to give it to me and said "you will have to come talk to him about it in person then" so I said ok who is he and what time will he be here? She said his name is ray and he will be here at 7 am so I said ok I'll be here at 6:50 and proceeded to walk out and said have a nice night I will see you later then she started screaming at me telling me no she wouldn't because I will be banned from there. Let me tell you she does not need to ban me you couldn't pay me to go there EVER again. read more
