The ratio of working machines to non-working machines is awful, which is also a perk of going late at night. Some of the customers bring their animals in, which can be a little frustrating to some, but considering there is no sign saying animals not allowed, it's alright. The owner is extremely rude, bombarding me with questions on if I was a customer and why I was using his quarter machine. Considering he's only at the laundromat for a couple hours a day; AND there is no sign on the coin machine saying that it's for customers only, I see no reason as to why I couldn't use it, when I was merely getting my change for later in the day. I definitely wouldn't come here if I had a choice.

Ive stuck my hand in the cups where water go through for soap, it's cold. And who the heck charges more for warm water? No other laundromat in the area. I just put $5 in the machine, I go back $4.50 in quarters and two pennies? Who sticks pennies in their quarter machine?! Please do not waste your time or money here!
