Clean, organized & friendly. Small, medium, large & extra large washers w/ very good 25 cent dryers. Everything I want in laundromat.

Do they have an ATM? Or, do the machines take a debit card? Or, is it all quarters?

We prefer you bring cash in to use the easycard machine. We can give cash advances at the front desk as a last resort.

This place could be great if the owner didnt pinch Pennie's to KEEP THE AIR OFF when it's almost 90…read moreoutside. laundry is over priced, so it doesn't make any sense. It's just cruel and gross. Why own a business if you can't afford to run it properly or pay your workers?? And there is a dryer that has been out of order since June?? It's october. More seating is necessary too, a bunch of hot irritable people trying to do laundry and no where to sit.. not a good combination.

My sons and I went in to dry three loads of our wet clothing. It was not busy and we were able to…read moreunload our clothing quickly into dryers. We began cleaning out the lint from the dryer vents when an older white male with glasses and facial stubble yelled at me and my boys (10 & 12) to stop doing his job (cleaning the vents). I was shocked because the last time we were there the lady working had my boys helping with that. So, I had my boys finish cleaning it out so we could close the vent. However, we did not move fast enough for him and he decided to kick us out for not listening to him immediately. I said we were only trying to dry our clothes quickly, he didn't care and said we had to leave. Well, I put my boys into my car to keep them safe and I went back, put my money into each dryer and stood in front of the dryers while he swept the floor. When he saw me drying my clothes and still there, he said you are going to lose your money when the police show up. I wasn't worried about the money nor the police, we had done nothing wrong. 20 minutes later, TPD showed up and asked what happened..they could see the racist behavior the worker was putting out. My clothes had 6-8 minutes left to dry, but we had to leave because it is private property. The officers did try to get him to let us finish the cycles, but he was adamant that we leave. Unfortunately, we won't patronize this facility again because the service worker was very racist, bullyish, unkind, and rude. I hope that man finds peace in his soul because his spirit is very angry.

Now that I've tanned at the other two tanning salons in the area, I can give an honest, relative…read morereview. Tanlines is the best salon. The people have always been very nice, and the salon is clean. I think my only complaint is that one month they said my autopay was declined, so I pulled out my credit card and gave it to her. She ran it for an additional $10 without mentioning it, and it went through without an issue. When i went to sign the slip I asked why it was $65 for one month of tanning, and she said it was because my card was declined and there's a fee for bounced payments. I called Chase right in front of her to ask why they declined a regular ongoing charge, and the guy said there were no declines on their end so it must've been an issue with the terminal at the point of service. She listened to my conversation with the representative, and my repeating what he said back to him, that Chase did *not* decline my payment, it must've been a glitch on Tanlines' end, and still wouldn't refund the $10 so I was overcharged that month, which sucked. That's what made me leave and go to a salon closer to me-- not the $10 charge, but the principle of not being willing to fix the error. Fortunately for Tanlines, my new salon was a bit unsanitary (carpet in tanning rooms?!?!), so I came back. It's worth the one-time overcharge of $10! (....Ok fine, i still wish they hadn't done it, but whatever, I guess.)
