Stopped here during a work trip that ran longer than expected and I needed clean clothes. Found this place online and I was really pleased with it. Very clean business and the customer service was friendly. The whole thing is a digital setup, they give you a card you load money onto and then use it on the machines. They also sell detergent right there if you forgot yours. Good drying area and plenty of nice spots to sit if you want to wait on your load. Solid experience all around. read more

This place is awful. On august 20 2026 I was folding my laundry at 6pm and a couple comes in and within minutes starting kissing inches away from me. I moved my stuff and I mentioned this on Google. The owner was very nasty and attacked me saying customers have every right to behave that way and I betrayed his business and to never come back read more

Well only my second experience at Splash but much better. Allie was doing a fine job of customer service and the cleaning she did made the place shine, great recovery! read more

Splash is the cleanest and nicest laundromat I have ever been to. There are plenty of large, medium and small machines. The staff is so friendly and professional. I used to dread going to the laundromat. Today's visit was great. I'll be returning to Splash. read more

My husband is an engineer and we travel for work all over the U.S.A. my worse task us doing laundry away from my own washer and dryer. I am happy to report that Spash is the cleanest laundromat that we have found from east coast to west coast and the northern states to the south. An attendant is on site at all times. They are very helpful. The machines are clean. The bathrooms are clean. Kudos. read more

Today was my first visit to the Splash. It was clear and the girls, Sarah and Zoey, were very friendly and helpful. Sarah was very helpful in getting me acclimated as to how the modern machines worked. A big shout out to them. Also for Mom that have little kids there is a nice little playroom. read more

I come into Monroe occasionally on business (I travel a lot) and needed my clothes washed. I discovered Splash and was very pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff is and the quality of their work. The clothes are folded perfectly, and there is always a little treat in the bag. I had to leave suddenly in mid March because of the oncoming pandemic and had to leave a couple of shirts behind. I called to have them shipped to me expecting to pay for the shipping, however the owner graciously sent them out on his dime. Great staff, great service, this place is the best I have seen in all my travels! read more

Clean facility with friendly staff. Love the xl washers. Will definitely use them again when I have the need

They would have 5 stars but the employees are rarely there to open on time. Today waited till 9:30 when it was supposed to open at 8. Had to leave. read more

The attendant was helpful and the machines were kept clean. A few of the dryers were out of service but I would recommend this place.

I use their drop off service when I get home from business trips. I get a text message when my laundry is done and usually before they close or next AM if I drop off later. Not to mention nor I or my wife have to rush to get it done before my next trip. read more

Friendly and courteous service, will definitely be back. My clothes were folded nice and smelled good as well.

This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to! The best service and so clean. They even top off every load with a mint!

I was here last weekend while visiting family. My cologne spilled in my luggage and I needed to clean all of my clothes. We were there at 10:45 pm and dropped all of it off and they had it ready for me by ten the next morning. They really stepped it up because I was in a bind and in from out of town. This laundrymat/cleaners is immaculate Service is professional and well-staffed. Thank you Splash for helping me out when I was in a tough spot. I can't believe you were able to get the cologne smell and stains out of every piece of my clothing!! read more

It's very well ran and well staffed here. Lots of machines tables and carts never a shortage. Looks like they have washers that range from $2.25-$9 per washer. Each takes 30 minutes and Drying is really cheap $.50 and $.75. Here it runs on a laundry card which I actually found out I like bc I can load with my credit card. Would recommend read more

I took 4 coats and three sweaters here. While two of the coats came back ok, the other two were just as dirty and they ended up ruining my favorite sweater! It came back with these weird smear marks as if they tried to clean it with something but it failed. Will not go back!! read more

Rarely take my clothes to a laundromat but that is only because i only recently discovered Splash! Five Star establishment all the way around. New machines clean place of business and great service! Highly recommend checking them out read more

This is a very nice laundromat, very clean and bright. But this is not a coin laundry, they use laundry cards that you load money onto with either paper bills or your credit card. Any unused money is non-refundable. I would have rated it better if the leftover money was refunded to me. read more

This is a very clean facility to do laundry. Very bright and airy. Automatic doors open for you to assist you in carrying your laundry in and out. You don't need "coins" like a typical laundromat. They provide you with a debit card you put your own funds on through one of their money machines inside. Once the card is loaded you simply swipe the card to put your funds into the washer or dryer. I feel it does save you a hassle trying to manage quarters while doing laundry. But be careful not to lose your card as you are responsible for it. If you put money on it and lose it then that money is gone. It's no different from having cash on hand. You lose your cash then it's on you. The place is very easy to get to and I've never had an issue getting into or out of their parking lot. ( even during construction ) They have one electronic game for you or your kids to play inside. There are TV's as well to watch and a small play room if you do have little toddlers that need an extra watchful eye. The added bonus is there is a Walgreen's right next door so you can easily walk there if you need extra laundry soap or need a snack or just want to kill some time while your laundry washes and dries. read more
