Today was my first visit to the Splash. It was clear and the girls, Sarah and Zoey, were very friendly and helpful. I am happy to report that Spash is the cleanest laundromat that we have found from east coast to west coast and the northern states to the south. An attendant is on site at all times. I come into Monroe occasionally on business (I travel a lot) and needed my clothes washed. I discovered Splash and was very pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff is and the quality of their work. The clothes are folded perfectly, and there is always a little treat in the bag. I had to leave suddenly in mid March because of the oncoming pandemic and had to leave a couple of shirts behind. I called to have them shipped to me expecting to pay for the shipping, however the owner graciously sent them out on his dime. The attendant was helpful and the machines were kept clean. A few of the dryers were out of service but I would recommend this place.

I use their drop off service when I get home from business trips. I get a text message when my laundry is done and usually before they close or next AM if I drop off later. Not to mention nor I or my wife have to rush to get it done before my next trip. read more

I was here last weekend while visiting family. My cologne spilled in my luggage and I needed to clean all of my clothes. We were there at 10:45 pm and dropped all of it off and they had it ready for me by ten the next morning. They really stepped it up because I was in a bind and in from out of town. It's very well ran and well staffed here. Lots of machines tables and carts never a shortage. Looks like they have washers that range from $2.25-$9 per washer. Each takes 30 minutes and Drying is really cheap $.50 and $.75. Here it runs on a laundry card which I actually found out I like bc I can load with my credit card. Would recommend read more

I took 4 coats and three sweaters here. While two of the coats came back ok, the other two were just as dirty and they ended up ruining my favorite sweater! It came back with these weird smear marks as if they tried to clean it with something but it failed. Will not go back!! read more

Washers don't rinse well so u have to dry longer. I'm using my balance on card then will not be back gave them a second chance mistake. Owner didn't care. Dyer to help dry is always out of order terrible!!!!!! read more

This is a very nice laundromat, very clean and bright. But this is not a coin laundry, they use laundry cards that you load money onto with either paper bills or your credit card. Any unused money is non-refundable. I would have rated it better if the leftover money was refunded to me. read more

This is a very clean facility to do laundry. Very bright and airy. Automatic doors open for you to assist you in carrying your laundry in and out. You don't need "coins" like a typical laundromat. They provide you with a debit card you put your own funds on through one of their money machines inside. Once the card is loaded you simply swipe the card to put your funds into the washer or dryer. I feel it does save you a hassle trying to manage quarters while doing laundry. But be careful not to lose your card as you are responsible for it. If you put money on it and lose it then that money is gone. It's no different from having cash on hand. You lose your cash then it's on you. The place is very easy to get to and I've never had an issue getting into or out of their parking lot. ( even during construction ) They have one electronic game for you or your kids to play inside. There are TV's as well to watch and a small play room if you do have little toddlers that need an extra watchful eye. The added bonus is there is a Walgreen's right next door so you can easily walk there if you need extra laundry soap or need a snack or just want to kill some time while your laundry washes and dries. read more
