OMG! This store has a new owner, they are completely revamping the store and it looks beautiful! They are adding so many new services like a Business/ Printing center, expanding its shipping center, taking passport pictures, printing canvas photos of any photo you bring in. The lists go on and on. No matter if you are a consumer or own a business this new store can absolutely take care of your needs. To top that off, the new owners are Awesome, very friendly and they have hired additional staff to cut your wait time in half. Laurie and crew did a magnificent job with my wife's precious family heirloom. A vintage slide projector given to my wife from a recent family passing needed to be packed and shipped from Monroe to Arizona. When it arrived, it was in the condition it was when it left Michigan. As old as the item was, we weren't sure if it would even work, but we tried it and it did! Let me start off with stating that this store has an owner who actually works there regularly. This place has shipped everything I owned from here to California and I cannot tell you how grateful I am for the consistent service and packing from the staff here. Years later and I still only ship from here when I am in town because I know the quality of the packing and at least the initial care in handling of my belongings. read more

RUDE!! RUDE!! RUDE!! This is rudest and most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. I have shipped a lot of things over the years from many different locations. If you can avoid shipping from here, do so. Take your business to where you are going to be treated politely. And Kristina really needs to work on her customer service skills. read more
