They ran some tests and determined something was wrong with the speaker. The owner of the company came out and said he had a very good relationship with Klipsch and would take care of it for me. They kept in good contact with me on the status of the repair and fixed it as good as new. I know you can order things online and even find some of the products they sell in box stores, however you will not get the level of treatment I received at Jamieson's. The price I paid for the speaker was the same price I could have ordered it online, but I never knew I was going to get the support and professionalism for no additional charge. Service was everything in this situation. If I had purchased it online, I would have a nearly 70 lb broken speaker and not a clue of what to do or how to fix it. Thank you Jamieson's, you have earned a customer for life. I highly recommend this company for all of your audio/video needs.
