They took care of me and I felt welcomed, I felt like I knew them bc it was organic conversation so that made me feel at ease. Tuff to find people with great customer service and interaction so that was a big plus. Generally good customer service, especially with Amazon returns, which I do a lot of. I have encountered some impatient employees here when I have had questions about things, or something that requires the employee to make an effort beyond anything basic. I would never buy products from them unless I really needed to. They are extremely overpriced. But for Amazon returns they're legit! read more

This UPS store is conveniently located in Saline, close to grocery, dry cleaning and post office. The staff here is always welcoming, and greet you with a smile. I especially love how convenient it is for me to drop off my packages or returns from different companies that I rent certain items from, and return biweekly. My husband also uses this UPS for different helpful needs for his construction business; from printing to scanning, faxes, P.O. Box for work. The owners are always on site, and some of the most patient and hard working people I've ever met. They helped me with getting important paperwork notarized, and overnight sent, to meet my deadline. She was also helpful when I wanted to send a custom dessert to An aunt in Florida, and recommended proper wrapping. I highly recommend this particular UPS! You won't be disappointed! read more

I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. The parking is generally great, the staff friendly, and I'm in and out of there in a flash. Admittedly, I usually just drop off an Amazon return... but they grab it, scan it, and hand me a receipt in one quick motion (okay, maybe more than that, but you get the idea.) In the same mall with Busch's. Remember, domestic document shipments don't get a special UPS cardboard envelope. Supply your own manila envelope, or buy theirs for 79 cents. Last time I was there, the lady was ever so helpful to get my documents sent by UPS ground to arrive in the Detroit metro area by the end of the next business day. She asked me to confirm my e-mail address. Without having to lift a finger, I received an e-mail informing me that my documents had arrived at 10:45 am. Handy. Add one star for that! What she did not tell me was that I would start receiving The UPS Store e-newsletter, unbidden. Minus one star! (Fortunately, the e-newsletter uses SafeUnsubscribe.) I want to acknowledge the professional efforts of the UPS Store in Saline, located in the Busch's shopping area. I frequently send packages out of state. The help and attention I have received has always been terrific, even with several customers in the store, all needing a different service: poster, notary, printing, etc. Also, during these virus days, the store has respected and kept social distancing in mind. You gotta be kidding me! I use the online tool to create a print job to email to this location. It takes me three tries on their national voodoo site, and all I want is for ALL the pages to be landscape. And about an hour later, I go down the street a mile or so to pick up my 7 pages which cost me $8+ for color and a large paper. OH! There they are sitting in the back chatting! And oh yes, they see that it has been sent, BUT their internet is down! And besides, they do (somewhere on vooodoo site) say they request an 8 hour lag time. Did I need it in a certain amount of time? OK, what is this? the '80s? You gotta be kidding me. Well, I wasn't planning on taking up extra time running around in circles. The short of it: You'll get the job done but the manager is incredibly unprofessional, rude, and they'll charge you fees without any disclosure beforehand. Let me preface this review by saying I've come here the week prior to this review to print off a bunch of black and white copies and was charged only for the copies themselves at $0.06 a piece, with no other fees. That was the precedent set for the store's pricing structure. Yesterday I needed to print off seven pages of color copy, from files brought on a flash drive. A man named Bruce assisted me and pulled up the .png files to print. The first one was cut off at the margin of the image, despite the fact I had used a template specifically for letter paper to make sure that didn't happen. He then tried to re-print using the option "fit to page" which did not solve the issue. He then suggested trying to print them as jpg to which I agreed and began doing so. There were seven individual files so it took a moment for him to do this, and during which he commented "I'm going to have to charge you for my expertise." I had thought this was just one of those off-handed jokes due to 1) he referred to saving a file as a .jpg as "expertise" (really?) and 2) the aforementioned precedent set on my prior visit in which no such charge was mentioned or incurred. Once the process was complete he checked me out and my total came to $10. Seven pages times $0.69 should be just over $5 with tax, why am I being charged nearly double? After asking just that he began to get aggressive and rude, condescending to me and being sarcastic with comments such as "do you not value my time?" and "we're a business, we have to make a profit". I'm not an idiot or self-entitled, I wasn't angry about the fees, I was angry about the lack of full disclosure and the attitude Bruce was so quick to cop. Had I known these charges were going to occur ($3 for saving a file as a .jpg! And he charged my for the first two bad prints: if I'm paying for your "expertise" why am I paying for your mistakes, too?) I would have simply pulled out my laptop and did it myself. Despite this I still paid in full and used the store cutting board to trim my pages as needed. Before leaving I called for Bruce to ask where the recycling bin was so I could dispose of my trash as I wasn't going to be petty enough to leave my mess for the staff. Immediately he began lecturing me again, taking the opportunity of my acknowledgement of him to go on another tirade. I simply cut him off and told him to have a nice day, which was reciprocated with another condescending remark in regards to my young age. I may be young but at least I know how to be professional, Bruce. I did add a star because in his erratic largesse Bruce did provide a paperclip completely free of charge. Fantastic. read more

Where do I begin? I walked in and the lady looked at me and asked what I needed done, I told her I needed a document printed and she said okay, email it to the store. I waited a couple seconds sand she didn't tell it to me, so I asked, and she huffed before she told me. She then told me it would cost $2. I asked why, it was a single page which costs 10 cents at the library, but the library is closed due to the pandemic. She then told me they've been busy so they have to charge more. That doesn't even make sense. She then told me $1 was okay since it's all I brought. It then printed out really small, likely due to an error on my part, and she at first offered a free reprint, which I was going to accept, then she looked at it and said "this is a USPS label we can't print this here" you advertise printing services it does not matter what I am printing! I then walked out, I was treated like I was interrupting her social hour by making her do her job, she overcharged me, and then told me I couldn't print my document. I left a google review and they responded saying I was in the wrong for speaking up, and that I was not being truthful! I am going to blast my experience every way possible.
