Additionally, the employees on the floor seem to move at a snail's pace, making simple errands take much longer than necessary. Management needs to prioritize better training to ensure staff understands the basics of professional, attentive service, as the current store leadership clearly requires a fresh perspective on how to manage and mentor their team.
