very rude person. i was calling to see if they called us since we had a missed call coming from this phone number. i introduced myself and the company i was working for and the guy rudely asked if we had a business certificate number and he wants to obtain that because he wants to check with the attorney general if we are a legitimate business. all i was calling about was to know if they called us, a simple "No" would have been enough but he had to go all the way to the attorney general to check if we are a legitimate business. read more

I went here to ship home our Christmas gifts and was pretty put off by the experience. The guy who helped us was nice enough but I didn't trust him after he tacked on $10 to pack our box (without telling us there was a charge or giving me a chance to do it myself, which I would have) and had pretty high mark-ups on shipping costs. It wasn't god-awful, but as the 2 stars represents, it was "MEH". I have definitely experienced better. I went here wanting to support a local business but I'd almost rather go to FedEx, where I know what to expect. My mother-in-law also commented that she's left there feeling like, "WTF?!
