One time they ironed my pants completely the wrong way and I'm still trying to get them back to how they were. The pants have pleats down the middle of the legs. They did not iron them that way. I ironed them properly, but the legs still fit kinda weird.... The reason why I won't be back anymore is because their prices have become extremely high. I can no longer afford to bring my dry cleaning to them regularly. One work blouse and two pairs of work slacks cost $27.10 to dry clean, with a turnaround time of 5-6 business days. To me, that isn't a good deal. Especially because now I need to check pants before I take them, because I will not have that happen again, especially for that price! They do have a drive through drop off/pick up which is awesome.

They cleaned a small tapestry that I brought to them that was so smelly and dirty, when I got it back, it looked brand new, and the smell was completely gone!
