After they argued about the size we had received a larger size was ordered which is all she wanted. When the larger shirt arrived it was actually smaller then the first. This is troubling since she asked for a larger shirt. I took both shirts in to show them the size difference the lady that was working that day was very nice. She took the new smaller shirt and was going to order a bigger one. Three days later I receive a call from Joe about the shirt. He told me that the size we ordered would be small... this baffles me when my wife wanted a bigger shirt. In my frustration I told him to just forget about it. He obviously doesn't know the sizes he has or how they fit. I see no reason why he has to argue. (Evidently singe doesn't have to give a refund or a new shirt)Customer service is not his thing and he should try to stick to just making shirts and not talking to people.
