With life happening and my work hours being very similar to their pick-up hours, I figured I would see if it was possible to pay to have it shipped to me. I emailed them YESTERDAY and received a very prompt response that, yes it was possible and they would send it right out. I chose to work directly with them instead of going through a third party to have some high-end fleeces and vests embroidered with our company logo and they turned out absolutely beautiful. One of the women who worked on our pieces has 20 years of experience and it shows in the quality of the embroidery. Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. Every time I went in, they seemed to be very busy, but they always made time for me and even put a rush on an order for me when I left out a few pieces. Thanks to them, I still hit my deadline! I worked directly with Marisa, but everyone I met was very helpful and the process was very smooth. I look forward to working with them every year.

Additionally, their pricing structure saved me a significant sum of "greenbacks". I had received a quote of over $20 per book by a local, Atlanta,GA based company, primarily because my book also contained full-color images of some of my paintings. My initial run of 1,600 copies, through DiggyPod, came in at under $4 per unit. The quality of the finished product was exceptional. I am perplexed by "negative" reviews that complain about charges for certain services that are necessary for achieving the desired finished product. I found these charges to be nominal within the whole scheme of things. I guess some people expect everything to be "free" for them. I am currently working on a novel and a book of short stories. I look forward to working with DiggyPod on these projects as well! I like that they are a US based company, and that should you have any questions throughout the developmental process, you can converse with a "real person", who is both professional and receptive to your needs! In short, 5 stars from me!
