OK, everybody this platform has got some old data on it like bad reviews that don't even have to do with this new owner that's been around for a couple years at least but that is not the same person that was rude to everyone. He's a totally different man and he is efficient and kurt but not rude. Nowadays, it's hard not to offend someone though no matter what you do in life these guys have not offended me in any way shape or for me do their job. They do it quietly and they do it perfectly and I'm now on my third or fourth dumpster and they're totally flexible to work with you within reason of course and their price right nobody else's priced like they are so there must've been a pricing change as well or somebody's got to spend some money on buying themselves some perspective because I shopped around and I verify and validate that this is the best priced dumpster certainly for residential. I'm sure they do commercial too, and somebody was telling me they're getting into precious metal so I don't know if that's true, but they are definitely precious these folks and I will never forget their service to me in my household in my family so God bless, hauling anything!!! God bless! read more

I high recommend Hauling Anything for your dumpster needs. The dumpster showed up early, and the owner Ken was very pleasant to deal with. The driver positioned the dumpster exactly where I requested and was respectful of my property. read more

Overpriced Edit to response from owner: We have ordered plenty of dumpsters from this company to the same area and was never told this, also this was never discussed on the phone call. Your closest competitors were as follows. Also your statement about being heavy is not accurate, possibly may see the 7T limit of your competitions weight limit for one of of the 7 40s we needed. Unsure the reasoning behind 1500 for a 30yd but that is absolutely disgusting as far as pricing, not sure if your gouging because of high demand or what but your pricing is sky high compared to anyone else in the area, near or far, from Port Clinton to Toledo. HAI 1500/ea 30yd Ohio Dumpster and Demo 650/ea 40yd 7T limit Budget Dumpster of Toledo 595/ea 40yd 7T limit Kleen sweep 30yd 495/ea 3 times the price. Was quoted 1500 for the single 30yd. Laughable. Long time customer. Will not return read more

This is my third time renting a dumpster from HAI for a home project. The first couple times, I called around to see who had the best prices in town and HAI was the clear choice! I've gone back to them every time I've had a dumpster need because not only are they fairly priced but they are the most professional, accommodating and offer the highest quality of service available! I don't even bother calling around anymore, HAI has always clearly been the best option! read more

Very professional company. They offer the quickest service and the lowest prices. I was able to have a dumpster delivered the same day I called. They were very flexible with the pickup as well, since my home project went longer than expected. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Second time using this company and they are by far the cheapest I called for same day delivery. Straight and to the the point service but I'm not looking for anything else but a dumpster full my old kitchen to get hauled away in a professional manner. Came home to a dumpster parked beautifully beside my house, out of the way of my family's parking area. Nicely done. read more

Very professional company to work with. We needed a dumpster , we called HAI and it arrived quickly . I even was called to let me know it was on its way . Everyone at this company from the office to the driver were very courteous and professional. I will definitely use this company again. Really really liked getting the asap and not having to wait a day or two!!! read more

Horrible company. They hit my steps leading up to my porch, which ended up pulling my steps away from the company. They drove on to my neighbors grass leaving ruts. After taking it up with them, I was told it wasn't a big deal. They refused to fix the problem. I then asked my contractor to call them and they called him every name in the book. Who cusses at a client? Don't use them unless you like being talked down to. read more

Still doing business with this company. Very reliable and affordable pricing.

I get this guy works in the dumpster business, but he is very rude and disrespectful. When we first called he was rude on the phone. After we were done filling it he told us to call so he could pick it up so we called and he said well I don't know where you live with an attitude see excuse me you haven't even asked for my address. He said well there's a waiting list I'll be there when I can then hung up. Not very good with customers I don't care what jon you have it wasn't the customers who made you have this job so no need to be rude to people. I would rather pay more and get respect than pay less and be treated horrible. read more

I called to find out if they delivered service to my area, they said "get lost, and said they couldn't f******** help me" I would not ever call them for service and would recommend people to put their trash in their own cars to haul away before giving this company any service. read more

Called to get price information, now I am getting harassed by the rude man who answers the phone. He keeps sending me text messages threatening me because I decided to go with a competitor. If anyone knows how to post screenshots to a review help me out. Happy to post all of his crazy for fellow patrons to see. Needless to say I will never be using this ridiculous company. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Just called this morning for a price and to schedule a delivery as I have used this company before. Upon calling, I was placed on hold, no big deal, but my phone disconnected (Sprint) He called me back within 30 seconds, and answered with, "YOU CALLED!!" So I explained to him my phone had dropped call and he said "uh huh" as in 'yeah right', and it wasnt even meant to be humorous.. it was very rude. The man was pretty rude and short. Didnt like that I explained to him before I used them last summer and the price was 169$ for their smallest dumpster, and was simply inquiring why it had went up 30$. I clearly stated I didnt mind because it was still relatively cheap in comparison. I then asked when the earliest they could be here by and lets go about scheduling.. and he remained silent for roughly 10 seconds, and so I said, "uh oh, I think my phone disconnected again" He responded with "WHAT TIME DID YOU WANT IT THERE?!?!?!?". I finally replied with, "Never mind, You are being quite rude to a potential repeat customer, Ill just find someone else". He then said "F!!! You, you little Bundle of Sticks"! (He used a completely derogatory word and not the phrase mentioned) I naturally replied the same back to him at this point. Then told him Id be filing a BBB report, and an abuse report to Mike Dewine State attorney general and hung up. He then called back and left voicemail, detailing that I am a bully, and I like to pick on the handicapped, and there will be someone at my doorstep for consistently messing with the handicapped, and 13abc and CNN and Fox news would all harrass me for the same... Tell me what disability does this man have that makes him somehow allowed to be an asshole to people... I told him as a consumer I didnt feel I was appreciated, for about to hire his business, and I would seek elsewhere, and I get cussed out... Sounds like they are the bullies, and my report sounds pretty consistent with the other 2 made so far. Id love to see what their customer service is like. DO NOT BUY!!! read more

Do not call here unless you want to recieve endless text messages that say "Call Me" and then the company phone number, when I called to complain, they responded by making harrassing calls to my cell phone. read more

Awful company. Super rude, and dishonest. I called on a Tuesday to get quote on a dumpster. They took my information and I asked if I could double check the price with my husband before making a commitment. The next day when I called they raised the quote from 599 to 899. When I asked why, the super rude guy on the other end said they never gave that quote and hung up. I called back, naively thinking we got disconnected since normal businesses don't hang up on customers. I was then called a liar and the guy angrily told me if I wanted one of his dumpsters, the price was now 999 and he hung up again. I felt like I was talking to an angry drunk. At the very least, there's definitely some mental instability going on over there. read more

i just called in for a quote on a dumpster and whoever answered the phone was so extremely rude to me i hung up on him within 10 seconds. i would rather pay a little more and not deal with someone who hates their job for whatever reason.. and in my experience with this company the drivers are always rude and destroy your grass whenever they drop the dumpster... will not even try to call these guys again. read more
