They did a seriously hack job on our walls, cutting badly and marking them with permanent markers that I was told they would clean and did not; they stuffed our good furniture in a closet; they said they would pick up their equipment on Sat but didn't come until Monday, so we had to pay for the electrical usage out-of-pocket and they could bill the insurance for two extra days. This review is for landscaping, not lawn service. That part might be fine…read more The crew was nice and the landscape bed initially looked good. But the very expensive tree the owner sold us struggled from the beginning and died within weeks. Other plants in the same bed thrived, so we were caring for them properly (following his instructions to the letter). When we contacted Elite, the owner informed us there was no warranty. Shame on us for not checking that out earlier, but shame on him for being terse and rude when we politely asked about the tree and what we could do. The guy that seemed so nice when selling the work was gone. This change in attitude was honestly just as disappointing as the dead tree. Next time we will look for a firm that offers a warranty. It may be worth a few dollars more to have that guarantee and peace of mind.
