He's a totally different man and he is efficient and kurt but not rude. Nowadays, it's hard not to offend someone though no matter what you do in life these guys have not offended me in any way shape or for me do their job. They do it quietly and they do it perfectly and I'm now on my third or fourth dumpster and they're totally flexible to work with you within reason of course and their price right nobody else's priced like they are so there must've been a pricing change as well or somebody's got to spend some money on buying themselves some perspective because I shopped around and I verify and validate that this is the best priced dumpster certainly for residential. I'm sure they do commercial too, and somebody was telling me they're getting into precious metal so I don't know if that's true, but they are definitely precious these folks and I will never forget their service to me in my household in my family so God bless, hauling anything!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this moving company. At no point was it made clear that my reservation would be canceled without further notice if the deposit was not immediately paid. Although I signed the contract and believed my move was scheduled, the company canceled my reservation and gave away my moving date because I forgot to submit the $100 deposit. Instead of making a phone call or attempting to contact me directly, they simply sent a text message informing me that my move had been canceled. Considering how aggressively they pursued my business before I signed, I expected at least the same level of communication before canceling my reservation. A quick phone call could have easily resolved the issue. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another moving date and dealing with unnecessary stress.
