The second time, they swept up dirt in the middle of the kitchen and left. Two story home, and they never went upstairs, even though I asked for it to be cleaned. The FORTH time they came, they walked in and turned around and left after smearing about a teaspoon of dark grease on the countertop, took a picture, and said it was mold!! I paid in FULL, in January, have been charged service calls every time they showed up! I have demanded a full refund, and they offered half of my money back. I have called many times, they only have A.I. to answer the phone, and I have received no call backs, since I demanded a full refund. The last day when someone showed up for 5 minutes, they emptied a coat closet, in front of my front door, in a pile, and could not get in my front door!! Better Business has been notified, as well as attorney general, and my bank!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this moving company. After receiving repeated…read morecalls and pressure to book my move, I finally signed the contract and scheduled a moving date. At no point was it made clear that my reservation would be canceled without further notice if the deposit was not immediately paid. Although I signed the contract and believed my move was scheduled, the company canceled my reservation and gave away my moving date because I forgot to submit the $100 deposit. Instead of making a phone call or attempting to contact me directly, they simply sent a text message informing me that my move had been canceled. Considering how aggressively they pursued my business before I signed, I expected at least the same level of communication before canceling my reservation. A quick phone call could have easily resolved the issue. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another moving date and dealing with unnecessary stress.
