Needed to upgrade phone and get new tablet activated. The only phone number listed is the VZW Customer Service number. I spent a deal of time trying with them trying to find the store telephone number, even giving them the address. I called the number supplied by VZW and it redirected me to the customer service number. VZW lost a $1,600 sale and a 25 year customer. read more

I went in with a busted phone that my daughter had just bought and thank God I had Ed for my customer service.... I had insurance on it but did not want to wait for a replacement the next day and reprogram it so Ed came up with a better plan... He bought the broken one back and applied it to a better phone for her... And it took almost 2 hours to reprogram it from the broken phone that would hardly work... Trying so many different ways and finally figured to go through my account since it was friends and family... Thank you Ed you're a miracle worker... Took it home to her and she was very very happy with it... By the way she's 45 years old LOL I do her running for her... This store and the service is unbelievable. I traded two phones and had to return the old ones with in 30 days. they were not communicating with me and gave me the wrong phone service pin and later to find out when i went in to return them they said i have the wrong pin and cancelled someone else's phone. And when they tell me to shut off the "find my iphone" and i cant do that because i can not get into one of the phones because the screen is burned out and they cant do anything about that. how do they expect me to go on the phone and turn off find my iphone. i called virison and apple and both of them said pre much "thats a you problem." in the service was so rude they are not helpful at ALL! they don't even deserve 1 star. read more

I will never go to this store again. I traded in a phone and was quoted a plan and a trade in price for my old phone. 30 days later this store called and said I needed a different plan to be able to get the trade in price that they quoted me and wrote down the day I traded in my phone. This is not the way you treat someone who has been a Verizon customer over 10 years. This store does not even deserve a 1 star rating! read more

The reps working this location don't know what they are doing. I simply needed a new SIM card for my mother's phone (she lost it when she went overseas and used a local service there with their SIM card). Why was I told that my mother and her phone need to be there for me to receive the SIM card? I am the account owner, the ONLY authorized person on the account, and I was right there in front of you and could verify all bits of information. I called Verizon on the phone and they said sure they could ship one out and didn't know why I was told that...especially since I have the option of calling and having a free SIM card shipped to me (which is tantamount to just giving me one without my mother or her phone in the store). Until the reps are properly trained avoid this Verizon location. read more

Though Amanda was not able to give me the best deal in store, she was very patient and able to walk me through how to redeem a great deal on the website. Thank you to Corporate customer service. They have resolved my issue. But, it still doesn't excuse the poor attitude of the store representatives. Very dissatisfied with your Monroe MI store. My daughter got a new iphone 6s within the last month and the young man at the store put the tempered glass screen saver on for her. Apparently he must have left a small bubble in the upper corner which had grown in size. I went into the store today to see if they could just put another on, since it was their error. The two men at the counter were less than helpful and told me that was why I had the replacement warranty. I asked that since they put it on wrong, why they couldn't just fix it since it was less than a month ago. They got smart with me and told me they aren't trained to put on screen savers. When the one man tried to lift up the corner, he also cracked the screen saver across the bottom. So, now not only does she have a bubble but a crack also. I was not appreciative of the attitude I received. Every phone I have ever bought from Verizon, the store always put the screen savers on for me. I have been a Verizon customer since 1995, back to when they were Cellular One. I have never been treated badly. It's sad if this is how Verizon is training their employees in customer service. I work in a Quality department and would be fired if I treated customers this way. read more

I had bought a car months ago, where you could plug your phone into the radio etc. A friend of mine said that she was just in this store and they hooked it up for her...since she had Verizon for her phone company. So I stopped in...waiting for 20 minutes for someone to help me but alas...they would not do it...even though I told the person that they just did it yesterday for a person and pointed out the worker who did since my friend told me the persons name...they still refused. Well I did raise a little fuss so the other customers could hear what it was all about and how they refused to do such a menial task for a Senior Citizen who uses their brand for phone service, Needless to say...I now use T Mobile and the store in Monroe will bend over backwards for their customers. On top of that...I have gotten free food from Taco Bell, Burger King, White Castle among other goodies they give for free for being a customer.....how can you beat that? read more
