Went in to buy a phone outright thinking I'd have no problem with set up. I was very surprised but…read morepleased that I was met right away at the door for assistance. The sales rep was cordial but not extremely friendly. Because I am 65 and my existing phone was an 8 plus and I upgraded to a 15 plus I had problems setting up and had to go in the next day for help. The rep that I worked with that day was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though they charge now to transfer data and assist in pairing devices I relented for the convenience and time it would save me. Kyle was a Godsend. He did everything I requested and offered his personal services (through the company) if I had problems in the future. He is definitely an asset to that Verizon store. Thank God for the tech savvy youth.

Less than a month later my phone stopped working and when I went in I was met with a ,"yeah, their recalled, you can have this" and was literally given a free phone. After the manager Keith was extremely inappropriate, hostile, and quite frankly, aggressive, the owner was contacted so I could at least receive a partial refund. 110$ was given and an excuse that Keith has mental illnesses that make him unable to control his emotions. I have never felt more uncomfortable and threatened in a place in my entire life. He didn't even finish setting up the free phone. He just made comments like "whomp whomp" and "it is what it is". I will never come here again. I will drive over an hour to another metro store. I suggest everyone does the same.

Worst cell phone experience of my life. I was lied to, they did not resolve my issue. When I tried…read moreto return the phone I bought a week prior I had my receipt everything that came with a phone and the device was only taken out of the box for about 5 hours. They told me that since my carrier was connected to the T-Mobile brand all I would have to do is put my SIM card in and my data would transfer I would be able to use the phone. So I bought the phone outright for full price. When I put my SIM card in it didn't work. I went back to the store on Fremont Pike and they told me there was no way that the process I was instructed to do so I could get my service before or heard about. I just wanted to get a new phone, I asked the right questions multiple times when I bought it, I double checked I did everything I was supposed to do and got nothing but grief for it. The cherry on top was even after they knew everything that happened they still wanted to charge me a restocking fee. I was unable to get my refund because I did not have my wife's debit card on me and they couldn't just transfer the money back to the account even though I had every single thing necessary to make a return. The whole situation was horrible. I'm super disappointed!

The Manager had the patience of "Job" with a smile on his face and his voice so kind, as he answered all my questions, and I had many. He spent 2 hours with me and his assistant was great as well. I will recommend this store to anyone who wants to know where to go to get EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you both for all that you did...GREAT JOB!

After moving to T-Mobile from Verizon I quickly realized what a horrible mistake I made. After…read morethree times, I tried to get them to fix the problem. My bill went up $20 a month. From what they told me was going to be. From what I here from other people? This is a common scam T-Mobile pulls on people. I was told I would also get a $200 Visa gift card but I have not received it and when I talk to customer service. They can't find it and don't know what I'm even talking about. The result was their service doesn't work where I need it to. Wouldn't that be breach of contract? The manager of the location was no help and told me sorry it's our service. If the service doesn't work where I needed to, then the phone is useless, and I should not be held to a contract. T-Mobile is exactly what it has been forever. It is a horrible company with horrible customer service. And no matter how many times I call or chat with them. They will not give you a regional manager contact.
