The owner wanted them to sell the last regular Iphone 6 before they sold the 6s. After he found out that they were selling me the 6s he walked over to the counter, picked my phone up and slammed it on the counter and then stormed out. I had set up a time to come back the next morning to pick my new phone up and when I arrived the next morning the employee lied to me and told me that they sold my phone the previous night and and proceded to try and convince me to buy the Iphone 6. Mind you they told me the day before that they had a whole shelf full of the 6s's. Clearly they forgot that they mentioned that to me the previous day. So I told them forget it I would take my business elsewhere. They were selling me the 6s for 323.00. I left and went to boost mobile and got the same exact phone that cricket tried to sell me for 323.00 for 100.00!!! Thanks for trying to play me cricket, you saved me a bunch of money!!!!!

It looks like this store has moved, it's now on Monroe near the Secor intersection. I didn't look…read moreat the sign closely enough and thought this was a real Verizon store. I got my 2 year upgraded phone. 10 days later the screen stopped working. I stopped at a different (real) Verizon store and they told me I bought it through American Cellular so I had to go there but they are supposed to replace it since it's been less than 14 days. They refused to replace the phone and told me I had to file a warranty claim with Verizon customer service. I called them and they told me the store is supposed to replace it. I went back to the store, they said they totally WOULD replace it but I didn't buy my phone there. I made them look it up in the system, the sales guy counted on his fingers out loud the days since I bought it to make sure it was less than 14 then jokingly asked my toddler if he broke mommy's phone. Then he said they couldn't replace it because they didn't have another one in stock but they would get one from another store. The next morning I tried to return the phone altogether because they've been lying to me and lying to Verizon but I couldn't because I already sent the barcode on the box in for a rebate. As I left the sales guy literally laughed at me. It's been 5 days, real verizon is sending me a reconditioned phone which I said was fine because I would rather do that then ever speak to these jerks again. They called the store one last time and the store said they had a replacement but they sold it before I came into the store and now they don't have any in stock. Not that it matters because I refuse to step foot in that store again. Beware of American Cellular.
