Great store with friendly employees. Very helpful with questions and aren't pushy when It comes to making sales.

The internet itself was good. In the 5+ years I had it, I had no issues. The customer service is…read moreterrible. You first have to go through a computer AI support (terrible) before you can get to a human, which is based overseas. They struggled to understand me making me repeat myself multiple times. There response time and handling of service requests is also terrible. I was recently having work done on the outside of my house and the wire was accidentally cut. I had to wait 6 days to get someone out to repair it. I wasn't happy but it was my fault but luckily the contractor was able to splice it so I still had Internet. They came out, "fixed" it and left. An hour later, the internet still had not come back up so I called. I was told I'd have to wait another 6 days before they could come back out and try again. IMO the service tech should not have left until confirming it was working that failing they should have made me a priority since it was their failure. I understand employee shortages but their are methods of putting schedules together to bake in time for high priority calls. Needless to say I found another provider that was able to squeeze me in 2 days later.

That my home # is my caller I.D and 1 of them out of the 5 told me his employee number as my caller I.D. . Slap them silly and call me crazy! The other you wanna know how that went? Well one put me on hold for 45 mins. The other she did know 89% of what she was talking about but after we parted ways it all went South. Nothing she told me to do was on my tv. No channel 9900, also the new updated direct equipment doesn't have the caller I.D app Honestly these are overseas call centers or they are here on a visa Work program. What's not acceptable is they get paid for not being trained and putting us on hold until we hang up. They know wtf they are doing. Does the company?

I almost never write reviews simply because I only think about it when a service is bad which…read moredoesn't seem fair however in this case I feel it is my duty to warn others. Suite Solutions has proven to be the worst ISP that I have ever worked with at either the home or enterprise level. To be fair and start on a positive note when their internet service is working it works pretty well, it is a little overpriced for the speeds they offer but recently they reduced their prices to something a bit more reasonable. That being said, service goes out quite a lot. For the past month my service has gone out for between 30 minutes and 8 hours nearly every day. When I contact customer support they tell me there is an outage at my property and a technician is on site working on it. When I ask for a bill credit they say they will have to refer me to the billing department who will give me a call however I never receive a call, when I ask to be transferred directly, that department is always closed at that time. This is not a new issue, I have lived in this apartment complex for four years now and at least once a year I go through something similar. Over my stay here I have been told that it would take 14 days for a technician to do a service call, that 0.01Mbps upload is acceptable because they offer UP TO 5Mbps upload, and that after they apologized because their auto pay system didn't work for a month they were going to need to charge me a fee to set my service back up and that if I missed another payment they may not allow me to use their service anymore. All that to say their customer service is not knowledgeable at all and is quite honestly the rudest that I have worked with. I stay in this apartment complex for reasons I don't need to go into here but my warning to all is that if you are signing a lease somewhere and you find out that the complex is going to force you to use Suite Solutions just turn around and walk out the door, it is not worth it, I hope they offer some really nice kickbacks to the property managers because otherwise I do not understand how they stay in business.

I have to constantly reboot my modem because it is always buffering. The customer service are nice but clueless. I'm almost hesitant to renew my lease because of their service. But if I could I would most definitely pick another service.

Getting assistance was slow moving & they don't tell you to sign in right away when you walk around…read morethe store so I waited even longer as I watched people that came in after me be serviced. I came in because I placed an order for a phone online but my bill from my previous provider wouldn't upload. And the store entered my address wrong without clarifying with me first so it flagged my account for fraud. It took some time to get things squared away with another rep on the phone in addition to Trey. The store I visited also had no knowledge of Verizon Fios & incorrectly told me I couldn't bundle a new phone plan with my existing WiFi with Verizon Fios until I directed them to google the plan Verizon shows online. Trey was great. He figured out my phone issue with patience, a friendly demeanor & resilience . However I had the complete opposite experience with the manager at the store. He was awful, lazy, rude, aggressive, and no help at all. I hope he's replaced with someone more capable of holding that title. He stood around the store doing nothing as the store was swamped. And as Trey was trying to work on my issue he escalated tensions while we were already on the phone with another representative overwhelming me to talk to 3 people at a time. I almost cancelled all my services that day due to his demeanor. It shouldn't be just the employees under the manager who have good service. I had a brief encounter with Tanya while I waited 45 min to even get assigned a rep. and she was pleasant to work with as well. The main store manager I had an awful experience on me for pointing at the incorrect information on the tablet and made visable scene in front of the whole store about me pointing to Treys tablet. I hope that manager is replaced with someone who conducts themselves as a manager, and presents their uniform in a clean non-disheveled manner, and keeps his hair cut.
