The Manager had the patience of "Job" with a smile on his face and his voice so kind, as he answered all my questions, and I had many. He spent 2 hours with me and his assistant was great as well. They took good care of me way beyond the call of duty. I wanted to read everything and they provided me with everything and set up my phone for me and like I said, had the patience of "job". I will recommend this store to anyone who wants to know where to go to get EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you both for all that you did...GREAT JOB!

The result was their service doesn't work where I need it to. Wouldn't that be breach of contract? The manager of the location was no help and told me sorry it's our service. If the service doesn't work where I needed to, then the phone is useless, and I should not be held to a contract. T-Mobile is exactly what it has been forever. It is a horrible company with horrible customer service. And no matter how many times I call or chat with them. They will not give you a regional manager contact.

The new place replaced my battery for $5 and now it's working fine. This place definitely scammed me. Be careful.
