Went in to buy a phone outright thinking I'd have no problem with set up. I was very surprised but…read morepleased that I was met right away at the door for assistance. The sales rep was cordial but not extremely friendly. Because I am 65 and my existing phone was an 8 plus and I upgraded to a 15 plus I had problems setting up and had to go in the next day for help. The rep that I worked with that day was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though they charge now to transfer data and assist in pairing devices I relented for the convenience and time it would save me. Kyle was a Godsend. He did everything I requested and offered his personal services (through the company) if I had problems in the future. He is definitely an asset to that Verizon store. Thank God for the tech savvy youth.

I got my 2 year upgraded phone. 10 days later the screen stopped working. I stopped at a different (real) Verizon store and they told me I bought it through American Cellular so I had to go there but they are supposed to replace it since it's been less than 14 days. They refused to replace the phone and told me I had to file a warranty claim with Verizon customer service. I called them and they told me the store is supposed to replace it. I went back to the store, they said they totally WOULD replace it but I didn't buy my phone there. I made them look it up in the system, the sales guy counted on his fingers out loud the days since I bought it to make sure it was less than 14 then jokingly asked my toddler if he broke mommy's phone. Then he said they couldn't replace it because they didn't have another one in stock but they would get one from another store. The next morning I tried to return the phone altogether because they've been lying to me and lying to Verizon but I couldn't because I already sent the barcode on the box in for a rebate. As I left the sales guy literally laughed at me. It's been 5 days, real verizon is sending me a reconditioned phone which I said was fine because I would rather do that then ever speak to these jerks again. They called the store one last time and the store said they had a replacement but they sold it before I came into the store and now they don't have any in stock. Not that it matters because I refuse to step foot in that store again. Beware of American Cellular.

Found out that i was charged twice and went back the same day because other metro pcs stores sold the same phone, with all the upgrades at half the price. I told the owner that i wanted a refund and he rudely refused and said that i will not get any refund and it was his store policy. I called metro customer service and they said that i should have received a full refund because of "Metro promise". If a customer is not 100% satisfied there is a full 30 day refund. I filed a complaint and disputed the charges. Beware of this store, they are crooks. DO NOT GO THERE!! The owner owns another store....find out where it is and do not go there!! There are honest metro pcs stores and they wont scam you. They should not be in business. BEWARE!!!!!
