Stopped in for scheduled appointment this past week and was greeted immediately with a smile and acknowledged our appointment. Our van was taken in right away and we were given updates and options of what we were there for. The GM, David Granata was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We met Brandon, the young man who did our installation and we were told by both to call with any questions or stop back if we needed any further instructions or directions. Very pleased with the user friendly radio/nav and also the expertise of this TAS ELECTRONICS. I have had 3 different vehicles tinted here. My 2020 Ram and well as the wife's Lincoln. Lastly the new Jeep Gladiator Mojave. The work is cost effective and the tint is as good as many expensive custom shops. The people there are great and yes they do get busy. I think people may forget to leave the windows up till the glass dries. If it's not mid summer it will take a week or more easy. We love the tint on our cars and didn't even think twice to get the truck windows done with less than 20 miles on it. read more

Just dropped my ban off this morning to have a dvd player put in it. Over the phone they told me drop it off "about 9:00" and it would be 3-4 hours. I didn't have a ride, so I asked that they call as soon as it was done. I just went for a walk and did a little shopping, and came back about 2.5 hours later to see my car hadn't moved the spot I left it. I went inside and said my car hasn't been touched, so they went to the back to check on it. They then told me they were pulling it right back and it should be about 2 hours or so. No thanks! I already wasted half of my day and took a half day from work to have it done. I told him I wanted to reschedule so he went and grabbed my keys for me. Never once did he apologize, ask me to reschedule, or anything of the sort! So unprofessional! read more

RUN do not walk AWAY from this hack shop. As others said, they are quick to get you in, but as soon as they are done, and the problems arise (shouldn't take long), they will schedule you for a week out to in... Had 4 windows tinted. 2 immediately had to be replaced upon pick up. Completely off center and NOT computer cut.... had to wait another hour after being called to come pick up the car. After 5 days of leaving the windows rolled up as recommended, the other 2 windows look horrible! Uneven, hand trimmed edges and bubbles on both windows. I should have known better. Do yourself a favor and sit in the waiting lobby for 10 minutes. You will observe a constant stream of phone calls and unsatisfied customers bringing their vehicles back to fix hack work. 4 windows + 4 needing replacement + 2 days without vehicle + 10 days without use of windows = get it done right somewhere else. After installing a car starter in my daughter's new car, her car had to be towed twice. TAS checked the car out and said it had nothing to do with what they had done. After towing the car for the second time to the dealer, TAS admitted to the deal's service technician that was hey had in fact damaged the brake switch. Guess who paid that bill?? Not us!! read more

If your looking to get mediocre service at a "get it done now" then this is your place. They are very fast at getting the sale and have it installed right now but if you want them to fix an issue caused by their poor install you will have to wait even if theres no one getting service. For example. Call today saying I wanted to install front door speakers and they said to come on in. Then called 15 minutes later and asked them if they can see what's causing my speaker to cut in and out and they told me to call another day they were "busy" today. Asked if I can set appointment they said to call in another day and I couldn't set an appointment. read more

Too bad you can't give 0 stars on here. I had a speaker system installed in my car and paid extra for higher quality cables and extra parts. I just had the system taken out to be put in a new car and discovered that they used low quality cables and didn't include all of the parts I paid for. Would not recommend going to Tas to anyone for anything. They like to rip people off. read more

If I could give tas zero stars I would be happier than with the one star I had to give them to write a review. Buyer beware - they have a strict no return policy even if they have not installed anything in your vehicle. Shame on me for not shopping around before I gave them my credit card, they will not price match, I could have saved 200.00 on a radio by shopping at best buy. They not so nice when you call them on the phone and swap out what you have paid for without asking, they call it an upgrade but I call it bs...... same your time and just go elsewhere, I will never shop there again. read more

This place is aweful. I would give them zero stars if I could. I set up an appointment and they told me I must have called the wrong number, meaning their other place in Toledo, but I didn't I checked. I spent an hour argueung with the manager until he finally said "I guess since our guy is just stocking, we can have him work on it." So I sat and waited. After the manager came over and started a conversation with me and I made it obvious I was not interested, they guy was in his 50s and I'm still in high school. He made me very uncomfortable to the point where I was almost in tears and scared. When they told me my car wasn't responding correctly they told me that I would have to come back tomorrow with my car so they could fix it, let me remind u this was on a Sunday so they're only open three hours and the store was technically closed at the time I was waiting to get my car back. The manager was going through his Facebook and continuously showed me people and conversations with people he didn't even know. Then he turn his computer so we could both see and all I wanted was my car back. Then he opened a message from someone he didn't know and there was porngraphic images of females and I was so disgusted and uncomfortable that I asked him when he was going to give me my car back and he said I don't know and it turns out that I couldn't even drive it home, so I had to find a ride. I got my self a ride and told him they would be here soon and he said "well I can take you home if you would like" and I said "no I have a ride" and he asked "if I was sure"and I said "positive!" I have never been so uncomfortable and scared in my life. I have never wanted get out of a place so much so fast. So If you choose to go their to get work done go with caution, don't bring your younger children and if you see an older man working there leave and come back the next day. He usually works the later shifts, and make sure if David sets up your appointment tell to actually do it because you will not be written down. read more

Follow up after taking off my door panel this weekend to see what the installer did - no wonder I lost all low frequency response seeing how the installer installed these speakers. So, yes, Dave General Manager, I do have reason to believe that your staff will do as poor a job on the installation as you did with customer service. read more

I needed a back up camera and had one installed here. I immediately disliked it as the image in the mirror was poor. I had the salesman take a look and he said it was great and wouldn't get any better. Instead of blowing my top I left with a bad taste in my mouth and a wallet that was $400 bucks lighter. A week later and an accidental mirror adjustment gave me a good view in my mirror. Turns out that since I'm tall I need to adjust the mirror to see it clearly. Since he was much shorter than me it was no problem to him. That problem was solved even if he could have told me that initially. The real reason for the poor review though is that after a month or 2 of not being able to use my hands free phone, I took my vehicle in to Dodge where they told me the mirror that was replaced had the microphone for the hands free operation in it. TAS had to know this would happen but disconnected me anyway with no warning at all. I'm very disappointed in the whole process read more

it sucks giving them one star, spent alot of money over the years at tas, now im never going back, last straw was rv install that was not done right, loose connections and bad wires, WTF! install as year and half ago(2016) and had electric issues with everything else after they installed dash unit. final got it fixed and had to pay 2k bucks for all the issues they caused, never again!!! buyer beware! read more

Location In Holland Ohio was pleasant by phone & when I arrived on Black Friday morning for my 10am Appointment, I asked him how long will it take he stated about 2 1/2 hours, I said ok I will call Uber to pick me up and I will return in about 2 1/2 hours. I returned at about 12:30pm and my vehicle was still parked outside in the same spot I parked it. I go inside and walk up to the counter and speak with Harold, I told him I was back to pick up my vehicle and he asked did we call you and I said no, you told me this morning it will take about 2 1/2 hours, he said it will take 2 1/2 hours once we get it in & I told him that not how it was explained to me, he said We still haven't started on our 9am Appointment either, he said your vehicle is next , he didn't apologize for my my Car not being ready yet or anything, I went and sat in the waiting room and thought to myself why am I even sitting here for another additional 2 1/2 hours, so I went and asked Harold for my keys, instead of apologizing for any inconvenience they may have caused me, he gets my keys and just hands them to me without saying a word. So I decided I will not be taking my business back to them even though I was gonna pay $297 for my vehicle and I didn't share that if I got good service I had 2 more vehicles for them to do.
