I have three kids and a small dog and they were able to clean out candy, French fries, dog hair, and fruit snacks! The only thing I had to provide was an electrical outlet. The men worked quietly and throughly and had me review their work and I was very pleased. For less than $200, it was well worth it! BONUS - they came to my house!! It was convenient to be at home and be able to get things done while someone took care of my car. Both my husband and I took the day off work and were told we'd get updates "in a couple of hours." 1:45pm (5 hours later): First call - might be turbo, need smoke test, "one more hour" 4:00pm (8 hours later): Finally told it's turbo, $6,500 estimate 4:45pm: Missy informs us the car was completely disassembled during diagnostic and will take over an hour to reassemble. But "sorry, we're closing!" She admitted they got "distracted" working on other cars during our diagnostic. We were never informed they'd be taking the car apart. Next day: Car towed back with a new scraping noise that wasn't there before. Bottom Line: Poor communication (8 hours, minimal updates) Disassembled car without permission Created new problems Attempted to overcharge by $3,000-4,500! Get multiple opinions. I've come here and had my radiator replaced several tires replaced and just now the other day I needed some breaks rotors and calipers. I do think that they were cheaper a few years ago but now they're kind of online with a lot of other places but not like Midas or such. Sam is very friendly and responsive. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there. This was my second time at TST. During my first experience, I got my Chevy Cruze detailed. Just call and make an appointment. Pick a day to drop off your car (you can wait, but most of their services are multiple hours) and it's all done. One of the tinters helped me pick up out the perfect tint, and even offered to show off some of the cars of his coworkers to help me make a decision. Picking my car up... The Civic looks fantastic with the tint and paint protection (TST 5000). Dino explained everything very well and provided a starter kit for maintaining the paint/fabric protection. Overall, I would recommend TST to anyone looking for window tinting, car detailing, or aftermarket paint/fabric protection. I actually learned that they contract with many of the dealers on the Central Ave strip... It's good enough for a car dealership, it's good enough for me!
