AVOID - Quoted 3X More Than Other Shops! (0 stars!!)…read moreDC Auto quoted 2-3X MORE than every other shop for the exact same work. Price Comparison for identical turbo repair: DC Auto Repair: $6,500 Jim White Honda: $3,400 Japanese Auto: $2,500 Our Experience: Brought our 2018 Honda CRV in Monday at 8am for diagnostics as our engine light was on. Both my husband and I took the day off work and were told we'd get updates "in a couple of hours." 1:45pm (5 hours later): First call - might be turbo, need smoke test, "one more hour" 4:00pm (8 hours later): Finally told it's turbo, $6,500 estimate 4:45pm: Missy informs us the car was completely disassembled during diagnostic and will take over an hour to reassemble. But "sorry, we're closing!" She admitted they got "distracted" working on other cars during our diagnostic. We were never informed they'd be taking the car apart. Next day: Car towed back with a new scraping noise that wasn't there before. Bottom Line: Poor communication (8 hours, minimal updates) Disassembled car without permission Created new problems Attempted to overcharge by $3,000-4,500! Get multiple opinions. We got three quotes - DC was by far the worst. Should have read the 1-star reviews first!

Do NOT use this towing company. Both my husband and I had spoken to Kaleb at Rescue Towing a few…read moretimes to arrange for a tow of a 1988 Grand Marquis (huge car) that doesn't run and has flat tires. We knew this was not your average tow. Kaleb assured us he would do it and come out after noon on a Wednesday. By 7pm, still no tow truck. We called and they explained that there had been an accident preventing them from coming. I understand that things happen, but my Mom waited ALL DAY for them to come. A simple phone call would have been the nice, expected, professional thing to do. In any event, they assured us they'd be there the next day at 10am. They finally showed up closer to noon, and decided that the tow was 'not worth our trouble' due to the location of the vehicle. No discussion of options to maybe move the car closer to the road or anything. Simply said they wouldn't do it and left. I called Kaleb to ask what happened and he lied. He said we stated the car would be in the driveway, which we absolutely never said. Kaleb and this company are shady and I would not recommend!

"Brake-ing News: Piasecki is the Real Deal!"…read more Just had our 4-Runner in for what sounded like a squeaky front-row performance, and Kevin diagnosed it like a true auto whisperer. Turns out it was the brakes and rotors crying for help. They didn't just stop there (pun intended), Kevin walked us through everything in detail, with the kind of transparency most places lack. Price? Super fair. Turnaround? Fast enough to make pit crews jealous, we could have picked it up in a few hours, but left it overnight as we were too busy that evening. Extra points for honesty: Kevin even told us the rear brakes didn't need replacing yet. Talk about not trying to pad the bill (brake pad joke--couldn't resist). If you need someone who actually gives a rotor about your car, go see Kevin at Piasecki. Your car will thank you, and so will your wallet.

Communication was solid from start to finish. They explained what needed to be done, handled the insurance side without drama, and kept things moving. No guessing, no chasing people down for updates. The work itself was top notch. My car looks great and you'd never know there was damage. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right, not just getting it out the door. Everyone there was professional and down to earth, which goes a long way when you're already stressed about car issues. There's a reason Wilkinson's Auto Body Shop has such strong reviews. I'd absolutely go back and recommend them without hesitation. Thanks Bryan!

I have tried SEVERAL times to resolve the MANY issues w/the vehicle, however in vain. I have even went as far as the owner, but by using caller ID, I am told, "He is not in today" I was told the car was a "clean title and had never been in a wreck". This vehicle was hit HARD on the passenger side front and was put back together very badly. Also, salesman said, "Tires are knee deep in rubber" They were NOT. They are wearing BADLY on the inside and showing the steel belts (body shop says from the front end damage, NOT being out of alignment). ALSO , someone has put a different gear ratio in the rear end and the speedometer is off by 8 miles an hour! I too asked, "Is this a numbers matching car?" I was told, "Yes" BOTH FRONT FENDERS AND THE FRONT BUMPER COVER HAVE BEEN REPLACED (FORD DOT, NO VIN NUMBERS) All of this is in twxt/documented.
