An item that I wanted was out of stock, so they contacted me immediately, offering a substitute product, and a price adjustment refund! I had a very nice young lady helping me, but it went wrong when I went to try on some leggings. Another associate took it upon herself to take over. She told me how brave I was for coming into the store. She shared her experience of losing a lot of weight and showed me her belly, basically trying to make me feel comfortable about my imperfections. A comment or two I could have brushed off, but I felt that the conversation about body size just continued. I had walked in just looking for a good pair of leggings not at all feeling out of place. Just because a woman wears a Large and may not fit the fitness industry's standards of an ideal body does not mean that I am not healthy or active. The associate thought she was being helpful but made it very awkward. Please just stick to answering the questions of your patrons.

They also helped by starting a dressing room for me and taking all the clothes back for me. They were folded so neatly and waiting for me when I was ready to try them on.
