Going in to sell, I had $ 185 dollars (sale prices on Amazon, retail non sale prices $ 283) for all 4K videos and a steelbook. They offered 30 dollars for the lot. I countered with $ 60 and they would not budge. I was told they look at the "used sale prices (which are the worst of the worst condition you can find)" on Amazon and then discount off that. Looking at those prices, I had $ 165, so they were offering 18% of the Amazon used prices. Replay use to offer fair prices for used/turned in items, but not any longer. If you are selling, I recommend going elsewhere. If you are selling, expect 18 cents on the dollar based on the used (worst condition item) seller values on Amazon. Looking at their stocked items, they do not have much of newer videos and almost no 4K. I can see why now. read more

There's a bigger Caucasian woman that works here that acts like a manager. I don't think she's a manager and I heard her boss around the employees and yell at customers. She wouldn't accept my trade-ins when there was nothing wrong with them. I hope that this location gets rid of her, she really brought down the store since I've been a loyal customer for a decade at least. read more

Much better than the Reynolds Rd location. You won't get more for your money here. I took a lot of games to "Game Over" on Central and they offered me $50, Replay gave me $185 for the same stuff. I used to be a faithful shopper here, but then it just changed over night. The past 3 times I have been here it has been a horrible experience. I didn't receive help at the counter, and was just looked at by the employees. Also, the one in charge of this miniature local chain treats his employees like swine. I stopped going to Gamestop years ago after Iv learned of their business practices, and started coming here instead. I understand things are not all rainbows and puppy dogs at this location but what they do is hands down THE BEST turn around for games. You wanna buy something? It's CHEAP and there may be a sale to knock even more money off, you wanna sell we are talking AT LEAST 85% MORE MONEY for your products then ANY shop in town.
