The staff member who helped me evaluated my walking, measured my feet, talked to me about the kind of athletics I do, recommended certain types of shoes, and had me try on every brand they carry. I had never done something like this before and had no idea there was such a difference between brands and that one or two particular brands were much better for my feet. Everyone at the store was very knowledgable and they will help you find the perfect shoes for your needs. The prices are as expected for what they carry. Thanks Dave's!

After I picked out a hat we perused around the rest of the store which was filled with cowboy boots and other western accessories and clothing. If I was a cowboy this would be the store I would frequent.

Really great customer service…read more I have been here 2 times, both times looking for a specific type of shoe. Though this place seems to cater mostly to runners (which I definitely am not), each time I was greeted and helped by a very pleasant employee who was very patient with me as I tried to ask for something about which I know almost nothing. Both times I was carefully fitted for the right size in the right type of the right shoe. The conversation went well beyond "What activity and what size?" into my posture and the angle of my alignment from my knees to my ankles to the ground. The shoes here are pricey, but I believe it was worth it to get the experienced sales staff to ensure I came away with the best shoes for my needs and my body.

Not just one but a few. Didn't make a suggestion/recommendations of ones that that actually had in my size. Finally, I got lucky and found one I would like but didnt like the color of the ones they brought out, mind you the color they had one display was the color I wanted. I was told they get that from the other store the next day. I left my name and phone number. Never heard back. They were unhelpful. They gave me the feeling that they really didnt want my business. Reminded me of that sales lady in Pretty Woman that asked Julia Robert's to leave her store. Won't be back.

They're not cheap in price, but if you want a good pair of shoes from people who provide great service, this is the place!

They have you put inserts in shoes they have at their store. So it feels different because you have inserts in new shoes you have never worn before.
