All the sections (boots, athletics, heels, etc.) were very small, and I'm doubtful they had a wide range of sizes for the shoes they did have. It was not exactly a welcoming environment. Granted, when I came in I was the only customer, so that may have factored into it. I was greeted when I came in, but afterwards, the employees just talked to each other. That's totally fine, but I felt a little awkward being there. I felt like an intruder in their conversation. I think they're used to it being kind of slow. As someone who's been visiting Toledo since college, I had no clue this was even here? From what the internet says, they've been open since 2004. They have a variety of nicer stores and restaurants to choose from with ample parking throughout. The place is clean, well maintained and easy to get in and out of regardless of what you're here for. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of experiences you could have here. Toledo is really trying to revamp their image and I'm glad this place is around. No more Franklin Park Mall for me!
