This location is one of the moderately sized locations and the associates keep it neat and organized. They have it sectioned off by girl, boy, and neutral and the associates are friendly and can assist you if you want to put an outfit together. Carters has collections so if you check the tags it will have a symbol like a star, lei, heart, etc. Then you can have the associate show you everything in that collection with the matching symbol so your baby will always have a wardrobe that flows together. Now yes, babies barely wear clothes and grow too damn quick, luckily Carters is very affordable and they have killer sales almost daily. Their return policy is heavenly because there is no expiration on how many days you have to return an item. They also have Carter's rewards so when you spend a certain amount you get 'rewards' to spend next time you come back in the store. Definitely add your email to their mailing list so you can get coupons and have more ways to save. I will say their online store seems to make their items smaller in the sleeves, so either go to the store or order the next size up on the site because they do tend to shrink a tad bit when you wash them.

Once my mom realized her mistake, we tried to dry her hearing aid at home and insert a new battery- to no avail. In desperation, I called and spoke with Keith in the hearing aid department and he encouraged me to bring in the hearing aid ASAP so they could attempt to dry out the water in their special hearing aid dryer. They made no promises but continued to attempt to dry the hearing aid over several cycles to try to regain functionality. Finally, they were able to breathe some new life into the hearing aid. Despite their efforts, the hearing aid is not the same but is somewhat functional. What counts here is the team effort! Emma worked as long as she could before handing the project onto John. Keith had already briefed the team to expect my arrival. I remember their names because they impressed me with their dedication and I wanted to recognize all of them. They didn't charge me anything and suggested I pay it forward with my own good deeds and of course recommended purchasing new hearing aids from Costco. This is a great group of compassionate people! She repeatedly argued with me that I had not yet paid for my cards which I picked out online and paid for through Paypal. I showed her my receipt and everything. She continued to argue with me that I had not been charged for the cards. I told her that if I had not paid for them that I didn't want them and started to walk out. She then said well you won't get charged again just sign here and take your cards. She inadvertently admitted that I already paid for them after she argued with me for more than 5 minutes in front of other customers. It's a beautiful store and has great cards. That woman needs to be fired, then the store would be perfect.

Upon browsing in the Optical Department for new glasses, my mom snd I appreciated the assistance of a staff member who gave us advice on what fit well on our noses and also on the face. We both ordered glasses and I ordered two pairs of different frames. When I arrived to pick up my glasses after receiving the convenient text message, it was clear that one pair was way off and needed to be sent back. Fortunately I had ordered another pair that will get me through until the next remade pair arrives. I'm not sure how to rate the service, as it seemed very personally focused and yet the final result was way off? I will say that the cost for the glasses was lower than other stores. In addition, Costco Vision was recommended by my mom's ophthalmologist. I will provide an update when I pick up the remade frames.
