The crew leader kept me informed at every step of the process. I read the negative reviews and these are 100% opposite of my experience. This was my best experience with hiring a contractor.

The overall quote was reasonable & I had no problems until the point that I was dissatisfied with the transition piece between kitchen & dining area. Most recently, the transition was glued down, but literally did not stick. I can pick it up. It also is not quite long enough & there is a gap between the wall and wood. He does an excellent job of hanging pictures, which I greatly appreciated as a side courtesy. but his level of responsiveness dropped from a 10 to a 0 at this point. Nothing is urgent on my end, but a simple acknowledgement of my text of concerns & pics of the issue would be appreciated. I feel disrespected to be completely ignored after investing a good sum of money in my wood floors with a guarantee of satisfaction. I am not seeking to bash this company; to the contrary, I simply would appreciate acknowledging the problem with a plan to follow up.

Joe Sr. & Robin were so helpful in answering our questions about changing over from carpeting to premium vinyl in our living room... and in finding a great option for carpeting for our stairs and small hallway. They were great fitting a time for measuring and estimate into our busy schedule. Then when their crews came into install - you could not ask for more!! Nice... quick.... and clean!!! Everything looked terrific after the installation. Nothing for us to do than just bring the furniture back into the room. They got a project we thought would take two days down to just one day... and it's not because of taking short cuts... the work is meticulous!!! He made me feel at ease answering a bunch of questions and concerns. The shipping process was first class. The company they used provided tracking and had an 800 number to call for updates. That was super helpful considering I ordered my cabinets during the worst winter snow and ice storm of 2026. Never the less they still arrived on time. Then came assembly. I was a bit nervous with the first base cabinet but I remember Jake telling me to watch the online assembly videos. They were great. The first cabinet took us about an hour to assemble but after that we were old pro's. My wife and I had a mini assembly line going. We were able to assemble the rest at around 20 minutes a piece. Let me assure you these cabinets and hardware are top notch. They are super well engineered. Everything was cut exactly to length and went together perfectly. I would offer one tip for future buyers. Get yourself a small paint brush to spread the glue evenly. We used way too much on the first one but after that it was perfect. Do not be intimidated with the assembly process. They take all the guesswork out of it for you. Next time we need cabinets I know where I'm going.
