I understand that, but I paid $35.00 for the blower and $35.00 for the snowblower to just get checked out for a total of $70.00 for the pair. So when I went to pick up the snowblower I told them since the blower was junk and they really did not do any diagnosis to it they should credit the $35.00 for the blower to the cost of the snowblower. They refused to do it and said they still consider it has a diagnosis even thought they did not do anything except pull the cord once. So Fred Pro Hardware just lost a loyal customer... over $35.00.
