After 5 months, I am still unable to move without the assistance of a walker. My surgeon said I can expect as long as 1 year for recovery. My complaint is regarding Ross's policy of not allowing shopping carts out of the store. This means I am limited to buying small items that can be carried out of the store while still having both hands free to use my walker. This is a terrible way to treat handicapped customers. I couldn't possibly run away with a shopping cart even if I wanted to. I will drive a little farther and take my business back to TJ Maxx. They know how to treat their handicapped customers.

We recently called a plumber who fixed the problem in nearly five minutes and had to charge nearly $200 for the house call. He recommended purchasing a toilet auger from a home improvement store to reduce the cost of future issues. We've since had at least two occasions when plumbing issues reared their ugly heads. Both times, the purchase of a toilet auger has saved on professional plumbing fees- most recently today. When I first purchased the auger, the person at Lowe's couldn't comment on whether it was a good product, but I purchased it anyway based on the reviews. It has saved at least two plumbing service calls. Nothing plumbing related is pleasant but it did the job!
