    Yes anything lawn mower related they can fix . They have a wide range of products to buy for lawn up keep.

Cory Tomaszewski - Appliances; Jackie & Caleb, Front Desk Customer Service. We purchased a GE (white front) dishwasher, on August 8, 2025, that had a number of issues and had to be returned. Cory helped us locate a Whirlpool (white front) dishwasher and started the return process, on August 26, 2025. We had a number of problems (complete disaster) with the Delivery/Install Service (RAS Logistics). Caleb (front desk) Customer Service began dealing with them. Jackie (front desk) Customer Service took over and continued to help us by contacting the Delivery Co., making sure that our credit card was refunded, for the GE dishwasher and keeping us informed at all times. Jackie is a TRUE Professional.

    I have never been so stressed out trying to schedule an install. First I pay for my door measure a…read moremonth ago, I had to call them over and over to get someone to come actually do it! Then I come in to try and pick out doors only to get an estimate for the wrong size doors? So that has set me back yet another week. All I want to do is GET THE INSTALLATION I'M PAYING FOR SCHEDULED!! Went in today on my day off to attempt to do so .... no luck of course. Now I have to wait until later this week for another call back cause phone tag is my favorite thing. Why is this so complicated? There is a 4-10 week wait time to get an installation, I really don't have time for these games at this point.

Since did not receive my…read more$117.55 MyLowes's Pro Rewards Credit Card bill in the mail in October which was due on 11/11/2025. I went to the store on 11/3/2025 to make a payment of $117.55 by check to avoid the $41.00 late fee. I had a hard time making an instore payment at the store. It took about 45 minutes of my time just to make payment at the store. The line was long at the customer service desk. Their computer was not working properly when they tried to cash my check to make payment to Synchrony Bank. They said this computer was out of date and having a hard time accepting payments. They brought me over to another area and they had to make 3 tries to cash my check. Finally it went thru. Yesterday, I have received a nasty letter from Synchrony Bank which said: "We want to let you know about a returned payment on MyLowe's Pro Rewards Credit Card account. Your payment in the amount of $117.55, previously credited to you account on 11/03/25 has been reversed. Payments may be returned for a variety of reasons such as invalid bank information, incorrect or closed accounts, or the amount of available funds. Errors can also occur when entered online or via phone." It sounds like that both Lowes and Synchrony Bank hires incompitant people that do not how to handle financial payments and that Lowes have outdated computers and check readers. The check finally did get cashed and processed and the money was taken out of my PNC checking account on 11/3/2025. I will have to probably spend several hours today at the store and call Synchrony Bank because I am probably going to get charged a $41.00 late fee and usury interest rate charge because my payment got reversed according to this letter. No loyal store customer should have to go thru all this trouble and run-around. It is terrible that my last bill did not arrive thru the mail. Early last Spring I had severe problems with using their delivery service. They have post phone my delivery date several times. After the 3rd postponement, a very rainy weather forecast was put out by the National Weather Service. I had 4 footers dug and 43 bags of Sakcrete Concrete mix with all the decking materials was to delivered to my home. Because of the significant delays in their delivery, I had to take my pickup truck and had to immediately get 43 bags of concrete and 4 deck anchor bolts in the afternoon and had to cancel part of my order because of this. I worked all evening until about midnight using head lamps to make this pour at least 24 hours before the torrential rains come in order not to cause a further 3 week delay on my deck replacement project due a very long period of prolong wet weather. The personnel at the store did a change order for my delivery and cancelled the items that I had to buy to make this emergency pour. A month later I got billed twice for some materials because their personnel did not know how to do delivery change orders and did not cancel these items. I went back to the store after receiving this bill at the customer service return desk. They had a hard time with their outdated computers getting this changed and told me just to pay the bill and it will be taken care of on my next Lowes Pro credit card statement. On the next statement it did not credit my account for the double-charging. I had to go to the service return desk again and after an hour of run around at the store, they finally gave me the reimbursement in cash. Also when my delivery finally came, there were a couple items that they said that were unavailable. This caused me to drive to another store to get these missing items and I did fortunately get credited for these unshipped items . I suggest that this Lowes Store needs substantial improvement in management: 1) Replace all their outdated computers , cash registers and check readers; 2) Train their customer service employees better and 3) Greatly improve their delivery service and have adequate inventory to avoid unnecessary delays in their delivery service. It is very important to get these materials delivered on the date promised when contractors to instore orders for their construction materials.
