We purchased a GE (white front) dishwasher, on August 8, 2025, that had a number of issues and had to be returned. Cory helped us locate a Whirlpool (white front) dishwasher and started the return process, on August 26, 2025. We had a number of problems (complete disaster) with the Delivery/Install Service (RAS Logistics). Caleb (front desk) Customer Service began dealing with them. Jackie (front desk) Customer Service took over and continued to help us by contacting the Delivery Co., making sure that our credit card was refunded, for the GE dishwasher and keeping us informed at all times. Then I come in to try and pick out doors only to get an estimate for the wrong size doors? So that has set me back yet another week. All I want to do is GET THE INSTALLATION I'M PAYING FOR SCHEDULED!! Went in today on my day off to attempt to do so .... no luck of course. Now I have to wait until later this week for another call back cause phone tag is my favorite thing. Why is this so complicated? There is a 4-10 week wait time to get an installation, I really don't have time for these games at this point.

He recommended purchasing a toilet auger from a home improvement store to reduce the cost of future issues. We've since had at least two occasions when plumbing issues reared their ugly heads. Both times, the purchase of a toilet auger has saved on professional plumbing fees- most recently today. When I first purchased the auger, the person at Lowe's couldn't comment on whether it was a good product, but I purchased it anyway based on the reviews. It has saved at least two plumbing service calls. Nothing plumbing related is pleasant but it did the job!
