Cory helped us locate a Whirlpool (white front) dishwasher and started the return process, on August 26, 2025. We had a number of problems (complete disaster) with the Delivery/Install Service (RAS Logistics). Caleb (front desk) Customer Service began dealing with them. Jackie (front desk) Customer Service took over and continued to help us by contacting the Delivery Co., making sure that our credit card was refunded, for the GE dishwasher and keeping us informed at all times. I cannot begin to report that Durochers had the best salespeople and delivery workers I have ever seen in the appliance business. For starters, saleswoman Kathy C. went out of her way to help me with scheduling my most recent delivery. Even on her day off, she kindly helped me with some questions I asked her about. The delivery and installation men were Superlative. I had the best experience with Justin and Stephen. They were very prompt and gave me updates on when they would arrive, complete with texted maps of where they were in terms of getting to my house. Their installation was very well done, and I contribute that to the attention to detail they had in doing it. They was extremely courteous and respectful. I give Durochers great credit for having delivery and service people like these two young men. Outstanding! I have always been pleased with the appliances, service and delivery at Durochers. In addition when I needed a broken refrigerator shelf replaced the service department was excellent. I actually received the shelf a day after I ordered it. I was also given information on how to get reimbursed by the glass company as the shelf was still under warranty. ( I want to add that I had a $500 gift certificate from Lowes that I could have used, but preferred to deal with Durochers instead. By dealing with them I avoided the aggravation and hassles in dealing with a big box store that I felt could care less about its' customers).

After locating our records of the warranty for ALL appliances the store then refused to honor it because we hadn't "paid" for the warranty. After many calls and emails sent of our paperwork they finally agreed to replace the microwave. Over two weeks went by with no communication or response to my emails. They then tried to return to our home for a "necessary second look", to which I refused and informed them they could not enter home without a replacement. They only reversed their stance, apologized, and fast-tracked a replacement after I filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney. Their actual customer service when a product fails is unacceptable. Check your paperwork carefully if you buy here!!! KEEP YOUR OWN RECORDS!!

I was contacted by this company, appointment scheduled, and within the week Tyler came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes. Parts needed to be ordered and a tentative two week date for install. It was less than a week when I received the call the parts arrived and another appointment made. Centralized was able to give me a time window conducive to my schedule and I should add, that prior to both appointments, Tyler called and assured me of his arrival. A hour later the issue of the dryer was fixed. The primary installers of the dryer either were lacking the skill or proper tools for the electric connection and Tyler should me the charred wires. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. A big resounding YES in recommending this company.

I finally hired a reputable repair person who knew that my no show guy was "Adams from Toledo" because he has a reputation for showing up to collect the service call fee and never returning. Do not hire Robert Adams from Adams Appliance Repair and if Choice Home Warranty tries to schedule you with him, you must refuse. He is a first class scam artist.
