He stated that he wouldn't be able to price match or grant store credit for the exorbitant price tag. Do yourself a favor and get what you need elsewhere. Additionally, they don't honor a 10% veteran discount, can't imagine how non vets are treated there. Vote with your dollars, go to the big box stores / Amazon. 20% increase on a big ticket item isn't worth supporting a local business.

When I looked at one, I couldn't figure out how the levers worked. So myself and two employees went outside and figured it out! I now have a brand new toy, don't have to get down to the ground to pull them up. A great device whether you're retired or not! They ALSO have a good stock of PVC fittings that I use for the pool... in stock, which is amazing because it seems like Lowes and Menards might have 1 or 2 of a particular piece, and then I have to go elsewhere for the rest... unless I just start here and get them all. I have no idea why any reviews disparage the employees. I have been coming here since they opened, and all employees I have interacted with have been genial, knowledgable about the store layout, and courteous.
