I stopped by in May of 2025 to arrange for maintenanc. They were supposed to pick up the mower within a week, but it took them almost three weeks to pick up, they had "forgotten" about it. Okay, mistakes happen. In November 2025, a part fell off the mower and the mower started to clang, not a good sign. I went to Mark's on November 16th and waited 1/2 hour for my turn in line; not a big deal. I specifically told them that I needed to have the mower repaired before I left for Florida; if I waited until May when I got back, the repair time would be too long and the grass would be unmanageable. They said they would try to finish it before I left because they didn't want to store it till May. They then took a $60.00 deposit plus $1.80 charge for credit card usage. It is now December 12, the mower is still sitting in my garage, they never came. I went to their store today and I was told that they don't start lawnmower repairs till spring. If that was the case, why didn't they say it on November 16, when they took my money? I asked them to refund my deposi. They did, but. To the credit card fee. I wish I could charge them an aggregation fee and a time lost fee for my time. I am going to try tofind a different repair shop in the Spring. They lost both my blower and mower maintenance business. I will only go back to them as a last resort under duress. Be careful in your dealings with them.

I was on a tight budget to flip my moms house. Little did I know the several types out there. I talked to Randy, came in and brought a sample of what I was attempting to piece together. Randy asked me the dimensions of moms trailer, picked up the phone and called one of his men to come to her place to cut new gutters. Told me what I had was junk and he is happy to help. This gesture does not go un-noticed. When someone can put aside an ego to make a quick buck and rather help someone out who truly needed it, goes beyond measures. I would back Green Oak Gutters 100%. Thank you team for making my moms place safe so the water is not freezing on her steps and walkway. Hewitt Family

SHAME ON YOU!!! STAND BY YOUR WORK!!! It's unfortunate. We…read morelive in a brand new house, been here less than a month. Had a few rain events that have pointed out to us that we have a watershed failure. Greenoak put 5" gutters/downspouts on our home which clearly isn't enough. The worst part, we called them out to look at it, thinking they would stand by their work, or work with us at the very least. They treated us like brand new customers and quoted us $5500 to replace the brand new 5" gutters and downspouts with something bigger... hmmm. 1. Clearly, They don't know what they're doing, if they did they would have taken one look at my house and known it would need bigger gutters in the first place. Up your math skills G.O.... 2. They are dismissive and the owner should be embarrassed with their work and pay for the fix from his own pocket out of sheer mortification. I would've paid for bigger gutters and bigger downspouts the first time, I'm not paying for materials and labor twice! Shame on you!!!! Haaaaa! Ironically my neighbor who hasn't moved in yet JUST texted me as I'm typing this and asked us if our gutters are failing! I guess now Greenoak is going to have two customers on their butt... maybe three when our other neighbor moves in.... We know you have insurance for crap like this. Make us happy! I may have to get in touch with Michigan licensing.

Once again I had issues with the performance of my mower. For a mere $400+ again, they dropped off my mower but I immediately had an issue with my blade engagement lever. I called and left a message but never heard from them again. I am now working with SEARS home services. They ordered the necessary parts which were delivered to my home pronto. They're coming to install the parts and my mower will be operable finally, no thanks to Superior. Buyer beware!

I asked if they could pump my tank that day and I mentioned it was 15,000 gallons. After a few questions from Chris he said it's probably only a 1000 gallon tank.
