He also stated that the lifetime warranty may not have applied to the tool I had. I have returned tools under warranty to many other stores who have lifetime warranties (old Sears, Harbor Freight, other Ace stores) without any problem. All this person had to say was, Sorry, we cannot help you. While I would have not been happy about that, the rudeness and attitude was just plain wrong. I will continue going to Ace stores, but steer clear of this one.

This place seems to be the go-to for window screen repairs and re-screening. Anyone who is in the…read moreknows seems to mention Rolison's if the topic arises. The owner was great to deal with. Perhaps a little pricey for re-screening but he did a great job and upgraded us to aluminum screen versus the plastic variety. What's more is the store in general...reminds me of a general store, with a little of everything from flags to fly to hummingbird feeders to paint and everything in between. Prices are comparable to HD and overall it's just a nicer more personal experience here. The screens the owner worked on for us turned out really nicely with a snap fit. It's worth checking into before you have them custom made for a small fortune.

My husband and I bought a snow blower this season we were told it was out of stock but would be in…read morethe following week. We thought no big deal we wanted to get the same price. The Lowes staff informed us they would call us the following week to keg us know we we could stop in to pick it up. That week came and went no call from Lowes. So the following monday we called and were told it was in that we could stop by to pick up our order. We made special arrangements by borrowing a truck to get he snow blower home only to get there and no one knew what we were taking about. They told us it should be in at the end of the week that they would call us. Again no call. At this point we are wondering did they even order it for us? We had already paid for the item a month prior. Finally we called they told us it was in and that we could get it that night. We get up to the register and the check out girl seemed annoyed that she had to help. All around not a great impression of the store. We will not be back anytime soon!

The belt went out in the original dryer and I was too busy with a project to change it myself. I called a local repair place and overcharged ($260) for a 10 minute belt replacement. 2 days later the dryer stopped heating. We decided to stop the bleeding and replace the dryer. Bought the new one and within 5 days it sounded like a severed head was rolling around inside. Here's where the problem started, I called Lowe's and they said it was over 48 hours so I needed to call the manufacturer. The closest appointment was 2 1/2 weeks out. While we're waiting for our appointment the dryer stopped heating! 3 week old dryer and Lowe's won't take back this Lemon! Don't get me wrong, the folks that work there are awesome, it's the company policy's that changed and now SUCK!!

This business reminds me of the tractor supply company chain stores but on steroids. They carry a…read morelot of the same stuff that TSC does, but just more of it with wider variety. They have a very broad selection of merchandise to include clothing, hunting gear, animal, food, barbecue stuff, tools, and the list goes on and on to include live chickens and ducks! Nice! I specifically came to this store as they are the only store in the area that sells lumberjack wood pellets for barbecue smokers. These are some of the best pellets you can buy and if you are serious about how you do your barbecue, they are one of only two pellet brands I use with the other one being bear Mountain. The price was cheap in my mind, $10 for 20 lbs, with a nice selection of pellets to choose from. The only other option to get these pellets in our area is buy Internet purchase for a SIGNIFICANTLY more money! Overall, a nice country style store with a huge selection where if you are in the area, you should definitely check them out as I believe this chain is fairly new to Michigan

I was looking for paint and they had a paint section with no paint really for the house at all. Most of the store was made up of clothing for hunters, dog, products, and food.
