They first wanted to rent us a trailer but agreed to waive the fee given the situation. Turns out the 6-person cart had a loose belt and the transmission kept slipping. It was unreliable enough that we ended up switching to a personal car. We just returned the cart. The crew who checked us in confirms the cart didn't work (thank you, Ed!) but I still had to fight to get any money credited to my card. Hearing "equipment breaks" and "someone used it last week without any issues" is frustrating. Of course, equipment fails, but it would be less likely if it were maintained properly in the first place.

Then later they called and said the pump was leaking again and I agreed to a new pump and sent payment per credit card. Then they sent to another repair shop and the hydraulic system seems to work now but the cost is now over seven thousand which I have paid part of it. The pump is not new even though I paid for a new one. Needless to say we don't agree on the final cost. I used the tractor about twelve hours and the steal high pressure line came loose from the pump spraying hydraulic fluid on the exhaust pipe causing a fire.

The lawnmower needed a tune up, as the battery no longer worked and it would not start, and we contacted Weingartz to help. They picked up the lawnmower about a week ago, and said they'd call us if the work needed would total over $400. Sure enough, it was over $400 so they called us. My husband and I decided to move forward with the work, which included a new battery, new carburetor, and other things. If we had decided not to continue, the $90 pick up/drop off fee plus the $136 to look at it would have still applied. Our total was about $680 including all of that. It was supposed to be delivered today between 2-4pm, and they texted to say they were on the way. I stepped outside around 3pm to see our lawnmower being driven up our NEIGHBOR'S driveway; I went to go tell my husband and when I came back, we saw the Weingartz truck driving away. It was extremely disappointing that not only did they deliver it to the wrong house, but they didn't even knock on the door or tell our neighbors, presumably - we knocked on their door to tell them we were taking our lawnmower back. Until that point, communication had been good, so that's why they get two stars from me instead of one ... However, between the high pricing and the mishap at the end, unfortunately I don't think we'll be using them again. The cherry on top of all of this: I called them to tell them about them delivering it to our neighbors, and they didn't really seem to care. The person I talked to asked if I wanted to talk to the manager; I said yes; she put me on hold without telling me she was going to put me on hold, and then it went to the manager's voicemail. I called and left a message but never heard from them again. I am now working with SEARS home services. They ordered the necessary parts which were delivered to my home pronto. They're coming to install the parts and my mower will be operable finally, no thanks to Superior. Buyer beware!

If I had ordered these as a gift, I would be MORTIFIED. It looks nothing like the photos. It contains lilies and FOUR of the larger roses. FOUR total. The photo on the website shows six roses just on one side of the arrangement! I called Teleflora immediately upon receiving this pathetic arrangement, and they will issue me a credit, but wow... you can see that this PREMIUM arrangement was tiny and looked nothing like the photo. It isn't even a matter of "substitutions may be made in the event we don't have the exact flowers" because this issue goes WAY beyond that. They shorted me on a bunch of roses, they substituted cheap spring flowers instead of choosing flowers of comparable price in the correct color scheme, they apparently didn't have the fall leaves or the berries... it's ridiculous. Looks nothing like the photo. If you can't fulfill the Teleflora order, then reject it. Don't take it and then scam someone out of what they paid for. This is absolutely egregious. Because we ordered it to be delivered to ourselves for our dinner table, we knew what was ordered and what to expect. But I immediately went to leave a review after calling Teleflora, because potential customers should know... if you're paying a premium to send a generous gift of flowers to someone you care about, do not use this shop. You will be embarrassed. I would be mortified if I'd sent these as a gift.

I called them expecting that would deliver the order the following day, but one of the ladies there said she could deliver the flowers to my Aunt on her way home from work so she would have them on her birthday.
