This business is an authorized service dealer for several brands of equipment such as Briggs & Stratton, but do not bother to take anything there for service that was not purchased there. Even though my 250cc Briggs engine has a national factory authorized safety recall for breaking owners arms, I was told that other customers who purchased items there are their priority, not me. Boullion, you should be ashamed and have your Briggs dealer affiliation revoked as you failed to meet even the most basic customer service needs, as required. Manager confirmed this policy as I walked out. Just wanted to make sure whoever was in charge agreed to send me down the road. Ok, will not be back. Lowes & Menards are just down the road. As I read the other reviews here, seems that service, even when you purchase there, is not so great either. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

I mentioned to a friend that I was going to look at a new Kubota tractor at Boullion Sales. He laughed and wished me luck after explaining his miserable experience with the Sales Manager. Of course I am excited about purchasing a new tractor and it is the closest dealership so I make the appointment. Here's my experience; Customer Service - C- Product Knowledge - D+ Salesmanship - D- Product Inventory - C+ Even my wife commented how unprofessional this individual presented himself and this dealership. Fabulous service experience. Brought my Toro zero turn for warranty service and had a 4 day turn around time. I did schedule the repair and advised I wouldn't need it for a week. Took my truck in for snow plow service on Wednesday, told them it was a wiring issue. After calling three times and no one returning my call, they finally called back and they thought it was a pump problem which when I dropped off the vehicle I told them I just replaced the whole pump assembly which cost $1,600. Seven days later still nothing was done about my truck. So I took it to another snow plow place and they fixed it within 24 hours and it was a wiring issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone. service is a joke, they have no idea what they're doing!! read more

Sure you expect to pay more at local business vs big box stores like lowes, but here you pay double for Poor quality and they will Not stand behind their products. $1500 for a snowblower, lasted 1 season!! Go to Lowes pay half for same or better quality. The 'hands on service' means they Sell hard, but after you buy it forget it: go away unless you want to buy something else. read more

We were looking for a particular Honda walk behind mower at our local dealer and as they didn't even ask what we wanted told us to have a nice day as we left the store. We called Boullion and they said that they had several, so we decided to drive the twenty miles or so and see what they had. Upon arriving we were greeted and ushered to the display and as expected not the model that we wanted was there. They checked their inventory and had several in stock. Within a half hour they pulled it from stock set it up and checked it out and were on our way home. Excellent service, thank you! read more

Took three weeks to get a part After trying to us it the first time it didn't work properly Took it back and pointed out they missed a screw Charged me another $80 for the part that probably got ruined because they put it back together wrong. Service? Called them up and they said they had 3 tires in stock. Said they were very busy but they could mount the new tire by the next day. When I arrive at the store (which looks very run down) I tell Jeff what I need. He grumbles off and returns saying they don't have any of the tires in stock. He then proceeds to knock my wheel to the floor behind the counter and without a word starts helping the only other customer in the store. I am totally ignored so I go behind the counter and pick up my tractor wheel. I doubt that he even looked for the tire. He could not have been ruder. The place looks like they haven't invested a cent in it for decades. BTW - when I got there I was the only customer in the place! Really unfriendly and unhelpful people there.
