The only thing he could have done better was to give me a hat or T-shirt to advertise this store. Even though my 250cc Briggs engine has a national factory authorized safety recall for breaking owners arms, I was told that other customers who purchased items there are their priority, not me. Boullion, you should be ashamed and have your Briggs dealer affiliation revoked as you failed to meet even the most basic customer service needs, as required. Manager confirmed this policy as I walked out. Just wanted to make sure whoever was in charge agreed to send me down the road. Ok, will not be back. Lowes & Menards are just down the road. As I read the other reviews here, seems that service, even when you purchase there, is not so great either. Would give zero stars if I could.

I have a Toro Timesaver Lawn mower. It is too big too fit in back of my vehicle. I have to rely on…read moreMark's to pick up and deliver. They charge, which is not a big deal. I stopped by in May of 2025 to arrange for maintenanc. They were supposed to pick up the mower within a week, but it took them almost three weeks to pick up, they had "forgotten" about it. Okay, mistakes happen. In November 2025, a part fell off the mower and the mower started to clang, not a good sign. I went to Mark's on November 16th and waited 1/2 hour for my turn in line; not a big deal. I specifically told them that I needed to have the mower repaired before I left for Florida; if I waited until May when I got back, the repair time would be too long and the grass would be unmanageable. They said they would try to finish it before I left because they didn't want to store it till May. They then took a $60.00 deposit plus $1.80 charge for credit card usage. It is now December 12, the mower is still sitting in my garage, they never came. I went to their store today and I was told that they don't start lawnmower repairs till spring. If that was the case, why didn't they say it on November 16, when they took my money? I asked them to refund my deposi. They did, but. To the credit card fee. I wish I could charge them an aggregation fee and a time lost fee for my time. I am going to try tofind a different repair shop in the Spring. They lost both my blower and mower maintenance business. I will only go back to them as a last resort under duress. Be careful in your dealings with them.

Sent my tractor to Clark's to repair hydraulic problem and hydraulic pump leaking. Received a call…read moreestimating thirty five hundred dollars which I agreed to. Two weeks later they called and said they repaired the pump and some other issues and the price was now six thousand dollars which I negotiated back to a lower amount. Then later they called and said the pump was leaking again and I agreed to a new pump and sent payment per credit card. Then they sent to another repair shop and the hydraulic system seems to work now but the cost is now over seven thousand which I have paid part of it. The pump is not new even though I paid for a new one. Needless to say we don't agree on the final cost. I used the tractor about twelve hours and the steal high pressure line came loose from the pump spraying hydraulic fluid on the exhaust pipe causing a fire.
