Kyle was very knowledgeable, outlined options for me to consider, and provided excellent service! Thank you Kyle for a job well done!!

My husband called this morning for sprinkler repair.....he spoke with Greg at Rasnick Services…read more Greg was so quick to respond and said he would be in our area in the afternoon and he'd look at our problem. We thought "same day" wow... that doesn't happen often. He did in fact come out, and while repairing a sprinkler head, explained everything he was doing, and the way it all works. This was at our mother's home. We asked to have her added to his list for blowing out the system for the winter and he did it right then. We were so happy, then asked if he could add us to his list to blow out our system at our house and he will be there this coming Sunday afternoon. Talk about service! Greg is a special person and really cares. We are sooo glad we read about him here on Yelp, we will be using him from now on. Thank you Greg for all your help and great service! You made our day! We hired Troy Clogg Landscape for a $300,000 backyard project, expecting premium service and…read moreprofessionalism. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. The project was plagued with problems: concrete should have had rebar, it did not. Yard trenched and electrical never installed, landscaping not properly quoted, and near-daily change orders. The sales process disappeared after the contract--we never saw our salesperson again. The project manager was fired mid-project, leaving the team uncoordinated and ineffective. It was clear the right hand of the company didn't know what the left was doing. To make matters worse, when concerns were raised, the owner himself got into a shouting match on our property--completely unprofessional behavior. For a company that charges a premium, Troy Clogg Landscape failed at project management, communication, accountability, professionalism and basic workmanship. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend them.
