Cracked leg of vanity.

Purchased a 1,000 vanity that came with a scratch in the sink. They only offered 50.00 off due to the damage. When speaking to customer service Erin, she even called the manager who stated over the phone they wouldn't give any more. When I returned the item, they didn't even ask if I wanted to repurchase a new item. Obviously this Home Depot does not care about your satisfaction nor your business.

Just warning you, DO NOT ALLOW Ho Depot to deliver anything to your house! They hire third party companies that don't speak English and can wreck your home without liability. If they ruin your hardwood floors, they say it's not their problem. If they cause your house to flood for a bad installation of a washer drain hose, not their problem. Poor service, poor delivery, poor staff and management! Corporate doesn't care about their customers, only money. $18000 in damages and additional $600 in flooring because some foreign idiot was lazy and ho Depot hires the cheapest immigrants! I ask that all Americans boycott Home Depot for using foreign immigrants for cheap labor and for not caring about what they do to their customers.

This home depot is the worst. Do not go here, do not buy here, if it is on the shelf then you are good otherwise stay away. This is my second such incident with them in the past 6 months, I should have learned after the first time. My wife and I bought a dishwasher on November 8th, after 5 delivery attempts I still do not have a functioning dishwasher and local management refuses to take ownership and do anything they keep placing the blame on the third party installer. I don'care I am home depot's customer not the third party. 2 damaged dishwasher, 2 attempts to deliver and didnt have the parts to install, then local manager tells me to accept delivery and he would get the install completed, nope not going to happen have to wait another week. WTF? These people are an absolute joke, I hope Mark Brown understands how his field personnel are treating their customers. A thousand dollar dishwasher purchased 7 weeks ago and I still do not have it. Take a look at these pictures, delivery company left it like this.

Not enforcing state wide mask mandate. Over a half a dozen people shopping with no masks. will not go back or do business with them.

I had a habit of buying plants to early and leaving them out at night while the frost hit. But since then I have learned my lesson. I will always go to Penrose every year. Love the experience every time

They advertise on FB that their large planters are $45 but are now $35. (See Picture) when I asked…read morethe guy in the photo if the large planters were $35 he was like oh no the large green hook planters ( as shown in the picture) are $45 and the small white hooks are $35. I asked him why $45 was crossed out and it says $35 and he made some excuse. This is not the only time he has posted this same post so it's false advertising and I won't be going back here. Not an honest business and false advertising. I was disgusted that anyone you ask there has the exact same answer like they were all taught to respond to someone bringing up the Facebook Marketplace ad the same way. It was obvious. Then when I asked why it was crossed out they all sputtered some bs excuse. So while I wanted to like this place I won't go back and if you fall for their FB Marketplace ad you have been warned. A shameful attempt at reeling people in then screwing them over. The only reason I drove 45 minutes there was because of the ad. Really shady business

While my score portrays a 3/5 stars, I would much rather give it a score of 2.5 stars, if I'm being…read morehonest. However, I can't, because half stars are apparently a foreign concept to Yelp. Anyway, everything about this Wal-Mart was merely serviceable and COMPLETELY middle-of-the-road. Everything from the customer service, to the products they had available (green Goldfish? Seriously?) Even the music they played was painfully average! And, as if to foreshadow my desire to write a middling review of this Wal-Mart, the only parking spot I could get was DIRECTLY in the middle of the parking lot, both vertically and horizontally. I was right in the center. I'm not joking even slightly. To make my neutral feelings a little more clear, I'll go a little more in-depth as to why I feel this way. The customer service was good. In fact, it was too good. I felt like a king when I should've felt like a peasant. I much prefer the volatile, aggressive attitude of my local Meijer, who I think truly EARNS three stars, unlike Wal-Mart. It builds character to have to deal with horrid attitude, and it allows me to connect with people that are just as unpleasant as me. Wal-Mart's customer service isn't bad at all, it's just far, far too good. While I enjoyed their pleasant attitude, I think they were a little TOO pleasant, you know what I mean? You know something's off when you're smiling ear-to-ear after leaving a store. At best, I should be scowling. Grocery stores are awful and everyone should hate them. My conflicting emotions lead me to feel completely neutral towards the customer service at this Wal-Mart. A lot of their products were average, too, like their Arnold Palmers. You see, I like lemonade, but I DON'T like iced tea. Because I don't like half of its composition, I have to give it 2.5/5 stars. The limited edition green Goldfish deserve a mention, too. Yes, they're delicious, but look at that sickly green color. It makes me want to puke, and Wal-Mart should be ashamed for stocking them. However, I GUESS they're okay if you close your eyes when eating them, so they also break even at 2.5/5 stars. You want to know what else is perfectly average? Bread without butter. Yes, Wal-Mart does have the courtesy to sell both bread AND butter, but they sell them separately, which is just wrong. Bread and butter are worth 2.5/5 stars individually; why keep them apart? You might as well be separating Romeo and Juliet, or Detroit and air pollution. You all know how I feel about this Wal-Mart; completely neutral. I have no strong feelings one way or the other. I hope my complete apathy didn't come across as too mean, but it's just how I feel. Wal-Mart's gonna need to try EXTRA hard to truly earn a 3/5 rating. However, even if Wal-Mart doesn't clean up their act, I'm sure I can put my neutral feelings aside and walk through its doors once again.

That part didn't go as well as it should have, the weather turned up the heat, and for as much as I watered: still the plants were charred by the string of super sunny, hot days. Left with no choice other than to make another purchase-this time I was smart enough to ask Auburn Oaks to add delivery and install of the plants to my bill. WHAT a FABULOUS choice!! The plants were delivered when I was told to expect them; and Dominic was superb. THANK YOU Auburn Oaks!! See you next time;)

Coming here's a pleasure because their not a huge facility like Bordine's or Lowe's. Parking's tight but doable you just have to be careful when backing out since it's literally on Auburn Road, which is super busy and the speed limit's 50 MPH. They have a great selection of items to choose from, and prices are competitive and fair. What keeps me coming back is the staff. Their super friendly and are extremely knowledgeable. They also have regular sales and keep up with seasonal stuff like pumpkins, Christmas décor and other stuff as well. They also stand behind their products so if you buy a tree or plant, I think they will credit you if it does die. Don't quote me on that, but these guys really do stand behind what their selling. Overall a fabulous little nursery in a world of big box stores, we love coming here for just about anything!
