I was told by TDW that they could not repair in-house and would have to send the sash out to another facility for repair. I was also told that it would take 3 days for the repair, and that I could pick it up early Friday morning. I left my phone number for contact information. On Fri afternoon, in the middle of a cold winter storm, I went in to pick up my window - it wasn't available yet. No glass. I was told that the reason for the delay was a power failure at the repair facility during the storm. I was told that the window should be ready early next week. I received no curtesy call or update information at any time, on the status of this window. Hence, I wasted my time going down there to pick up a window that was promised that day. Same thing, the following week. No calls, no updates. Finally, on Fri, of the week next, 11 days after I dropped off my window, I got a call that my window was ready and could pick it up. I went to pick up the glass. The glass had gobs of silicon sealant all over the edges, and obviously the sash was never cleaned during the repair process. I also paid an additional 5% of cost for the privilege of using my Visa credit card.

After 5 months a crew did show up said they would have to tear up the wall and the plumbing for about 4800.00 more.on top of the $5600.00 we would have to pay for the shower installation. Finally made them realize after about six months of empty promises and bullying no meant no. Then they had the nerve to send a bill for $260.00 for materials. Did I mention stepdad was 84 years old at the time? I talked to them for a couple months and they laid the same song and dance on me. The materials are coming blah blah blah.
