No it might not have all the frills of some of the other sushi spots in Orlando, but the sushi really is top notch. In particular, I think everything at Ma-Se is seasoned PERFECTLY, perhaps due to the Thai influence from Chef Po. Everything from the kitchen is so tasty, so everyone leaves happy. My favorites: Ma-Se roll, Kao-Soi curry soup, Tomkha Kai soup, Rock shrimp appetizer, torched salmon, potstickers with curry sauce. Hubby loves the black dragon roll. I often order hand rolls here, which is indicative of the quality of the fish. They usually have a special with uni, if that's your thing. Where my Kao-Soi lovers at? Do not skip Ma-Se!
