Loved Bayridge! They have two locations but I went to the one in Longwood, there is also one by Disney. The interior is beautiful and has such a cool vibe/ambiance. Large space with so many tables and booths and a big bar! They also have a huge list of fun and unique sushi rolls to choose from. I got the crispy tuna rice which was delicious, along with the truffle lobster roll. They use an entire lobster tail in the roll. So good!

I'm updating my review as it has been quite some time.. This place is solid. I'm becoming a regular ( dine-in and carry out) after trying numerous sushi places in the area. Daily Happy hour except Sunday but on Monday is all day. It rocks!! It can get busy. I typically go outside of the usual dinner rush.

I came back again for the happy hour even though I said I wouldn't. IT IS SO MUCH BETTER THIS TIME. VISUALLY AND WITH THE ACTUAL ROLLS. I did not get the more expensive rolls though just in case it was going to be too rice-forward again. I stuck to ordering the happy hour appetizers, $5.50 rolls, and sashimi. I literally come here almost every Monday now for this because the quality of the sashimi is amazing for the pricing. They have happy hour all day on Mondays.

We went here on a Sunday night and although it was busy, we were seated within 5 minutes. Our server was prompt and polite. We ordered the crab rangoons, and two sushi rolls; rainforest roll & lion king. The rangoons had a good amount of filling and were tasty. Both the rolls were very large and delicious. They have a huge menu with lots of variety.

Good food! Very yummy and fresh, we sat at the bar and enjoyed some happy hour drinks and rolls. Good prices and good amount for what you pay.

Bayridge had such a great vibe! I really loved the cool blue lighting that set the tone for the restaurant and the authentic Japanese artwork that gave it extra character. My friend and I grabbed seats at the bar and decided to try their sushi. We went with the Lion King and King of the Ocean rolls, and both were absolutely phenomenal. I also ordered a new drink from their menu called the Guava Sidecar, and it was hands-down one of the best sidecars I've ever had. The bartender was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful as we explored the menu. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and can't wait to try something new!

Got take out. Coconut shrimp has great coconut flavor and fried to perfection. Godzilla roll is deep fried tempura and very delicious. Spicy tuna and scallion with salmon roll were both quite fresh and delicious. Seaweed salad is mediocre; I've had better. Seaweed salad was salty. Salad with ginger dressing was tasty. Service was prompt. Ambiance is beautiful, spacious and chic. Will have to eat in one time for the full experience.

Another good meal. Shrimp tempura roll, double tuna roll and spicy tuna roll. All very good. We always begin with two ginger house salads and seaweed salad along with the garlic edamame. Great service! A very clean and well decorated restaurant. Always a great evening.

The service is great and the facility is very beautiful. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the sushi rolls are a bit heavier than I like and also have more sauce so if you're into extra sauces and toppings on your sushi, this might be a place for you.

We ordered food for delivery at home through Grub Hub but have eaten in the restaurant multiple times. For this order we had Krab rangoon appetizer, a Tiger roll, a Wave Rider roll, and a Smoked Salmon roll. This was plenty of food for two people. Always delicious when you go with Bayridge!

Great experience here! Went here for the lunch special with my husband and left full and happy! I got the 2 roll special for $12.95 which came with a soup or a salad and my husband got the sashimi lunch which came with 12 pieces of sashimi, a california roll and a soup or salad. The portions were generous and the ambiance was beautiful! I think they recently remodeled and it is absolutely beautiful in here and such a vibe! The music was not too loud and very chill. Food came out super fast and was delicious! The salads were served in a bowl with a nice amount of ginger sauce and the sushi was so soft and flavorful! I got the shawn roll and the spicy yellowtail roll. The prices were great as well! Will definitely be back!

Have been coming to Bayridge for over 15 years. Always friendly service, great sushi and at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is bright and lots of booths, although we sat at the sushi bar. Will always keep coming back as the crab ragoon are my favorite.

The Coconut Shrimp roll was sweet from the coconut sauce and the coconut added a yummy flavor and texture to the roll, as well. If you like coconut and sweet rolls, you'll love this. The Florida roll was GAS ! I just started getting into spicy food and spicy tuna recently and this was just perfect. The right amount of bite and the spicy tuna on top tasted so good. It seems like they mash it up, which makes it easier to chew than typical raw tuna. A great savory roll and the flavor profile was just right, adding the eel sauce was a nice touch. The Alaska Roll speaks for itself, I mean look at that mountain of crunch I got it both times I went (inadvertently). I think I got it right with the name... I was calling it the volcano roll, but that has mango sauce on it. This one has kani on top and cream cheese inside and probably shrimp tempura. I really loved this roll, like a mountain of flavor every bite. The atmosphere is small with authentic looking Japanese decor and quiet. A nice spot for a week day dinner (might get crowded on the weekend). Really great food though overall. Ate these rolls as leftovers both times and was good the next day

It's small, but well laid out, booths on one side, then a separate area with tables and the Sushi Bar in the back. We chose the Sushi Bar and were greeted by the 2 chefs. Since they did not have a liquor license yet, I brought 2 cans of Sapporo beer that I bought at Publix, they kindly brought me a glass and put the second one in the fridge for me. We ordered Edamame and several rolls as well as some Sashimi and Nigiri Sushi. Everything was fresh and tasty, you could see the care the chef's took in their preparation. We have been back several times since, and my wife sometimes bring us a care package after her Pilates class! Oh, and they have a liquor license now and a great selection of beer and Saké! Simply amazing for a strip mall Suhsi place!

Everyone received their starters, the blonde waitress asked if I wanted one as well. When I said yes, she responded with "bro, it's not going to be free," which made the interaction very awkward for everyone at the table since I never even asked for the starter in the first place and was just very unprofessional. Later, one of my friends received shrimp tempura that was translucent, raw, and slimy in the middle. When we politely mentioned it, both the waitress and host repeatedly questioned whether we were sure it was raw. At one point the waitress even asked something along the lines of "so do you want this for free or something?" which felt accusatory and uncomfortable. We're familiar with tempura/sushi dishes in general and understand that something can be fried on the outside but still undercooked inside. The repeated doubt came across as dismissive and a bit condescending. She also said she would "pray" for one of my friends which was a very strange and off-putting comment in that situation. It just felt like she was doubting us and in general it made us feel bad for even bringing it up in the first place. The item did end up being comped, which we appreciated, but that didn't change the interaction we had or the comments that were made. We weren't there trying to get free items, so the assumptions and tone from our server made the whole situation feel uncomfortable and strange. Overall, we did enjoy the food, but the service made the dinner uncomfortable and left us feeling judged rather than welcomed. Since I've had good experiences here in the past, I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future guests have a better experience.

We stopped by and found it to be a nice little spot with good value and a welcoming vibe. The truffle fries arrived looking impressive with a crispy exterior, but fell short on flavor. They tasted more like premium fries than truffle fries, which was a letdown given what we were expecting. That said, they're still a solid appetizer if you're hungry. The real draw here is the happy hour. Three sushi rolls for around $18 is a pretty solid deal, and we appreciated that the happy hour menu keeps things simple with rolls featuring just one or two ingredients. Nothing fancy, but executed well. The sushi itself was good, fresh, and satisfying without being exceptional. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service was not noticeable (which sometimes is a very good thing), making it an easy place to grab dinner with friends. Would I make a special trip? Probably not. But if a friend wanted to meet up nearby or I was already in the area, I'd definitely return.

What really struck me was the delicious, nicely presented, tasty combination of flavors that I found in the Drama Queen roll.
