Stopped in for some breakfast on a friday morning. It wasn't too busy, we were seated fairly quickly and our waitress was average in service. The food was not great. The biscuits and gravy waere dry and flavorless. The hash brows were soggy and the coffee was not even hot. The only redeeming part of breakfast was the German crepe, it had great flavor. That crepe is the only reason this restaurant is getting two stars. I think was docked the most points is how dirty this establishment was. Their bathroom was worse than a gas station. They were out of toilet liners, their trash was overflowing, and it looked as though the place hadn't been cleaned in months. I won't be coming back. read more

Ordered through Grubhub, and 2 of 4 orders were messed up. My daughter's meal was completely missing, and my meal was missing 3/4 of the order. If you're going to open up your restaurant to meal delivery options, extra care should be paid to the completeness of the order - we can't just send back to the kitchen, and Grubhub is expensive. read more

I sure do wish this place was still in Eugene, but a quick trip to Springfield isn't too bad to get one of the best standard breakfasts in the area. The stuffed hash brown meal is one of my favorites, of course you can get the stuffed hash browns with any meal. read more

I came here a few times this time just was the worst visit ever. The food took at least 40 minutes to come out. Most of it didn't even have the flavor it needed. I'm never comming back. I was really looking forward to breakfast after looking at the menu but then I was, honestly, quite disappointed :( My partner ordered chicken fried steak with eggs and country potatoes, I had an omelette with stuffed hasbrowns. There was no flavor... Due to a lack of seasoning, I suppose. Went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We were seated immediately and the wait staff was friendly. I read some of the other reviews and we didn't experience any of the negatives they reported. Maybe we got lucky? Will have to go back and see if it was a fluke. Our server (young guy) was nice and upbeat. We explained that it was our first time eating here and we wanted to look over the menu. He gave us plenty of time, while still being attentive. Anyway, I ordered the Big Piggy Burrito, Vicki had the Stuffed Hash Browns. Food was delivered in pretty quick time (better than average) and it was good. My burrito must have weighed at least 3 lbs. was as big as my head. I only was able to eat half which included the bites I shared with Vicki. Her stuffed hash browns were tasty. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, food was good and not overpriced, we definitely will have to go back and see if the experience is the same (good) or like the other reviews. I hope it is good. This review is for the newly opened Springfield, Oregon location. I have been to the original location in Eugene, Oregon and the food and service was great. The place was small, but it was cozy and enjoyable. Here are a couple of positive things: 1. Closer to where I live 2. Easy access to parking lot That is were the positive stuff ends. Our greeting when we walked in was lackluster. I asked for a table and was given a little attitude by the person who sat us. I was not sitting there more than 5 minutes when I noticed an ant crawling on the table. Yeah, I know not that big of deal for one but after the 3 one I was a little creeped-out. The food was so-so and not as good as the previous times. The service was awful and my husband had a long wait to pay the bill. I will not be going back. read more

Very disappointed today - had been there several times to get crispy hash browns with one egg over medium and it was always good and around $4.... today price had gone up to almost $6.50 - drove to Clearwater Park to eat while watching the river and oh dear - hash browns were almost raw, and there was no requested ketchup...the egg was the only OK thing about it - guess I wont be back.... read more

Honestly this was the worst delivered breakfast I've ever had. The omelet was poorly cooked, the sausage gravy was pasty and lacking in actual sausage. The veggies were somehow watery and just a mess in the omelet. It was all awful. I understand why this establishment has a low rating. read more

Was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The waitress was rude and condescending over a simple misunderstanding over us ordering 2 coffees and one with milk, instead brings 1 coffee one glass of milk. My friend asks if she could get a coffee, the waitess was upset. I said it was fine, no problem she could leave the milk, when she comes back with the coffee she has an attitude and in a rude condescending voice "I'm just here to serve you, let's just make this a good experience " I again said no problem it was no big deal. My friend didn't say anything just accepted the coffee since she was looking at the menu. Since my friend didn't respond she repeated herself to get a response from my friend who then put down the menu and responded back "yes, let's make this a good experience " the waitress immediately goes to the kitchen to say very loudly so most patrons could hear (since the kitchen is open and the place that was occupied not very big) that she is having to deL with a rude lady, the cook or whomever he is in relationship to the the restaurant says what? She said this lady is very very rude and annoying. So since the kitchen is open and she is discussing us so loudly I say excuse me that's inappropriate to be talking about us like that. The guy comes out and states we can wait 10 minutes and a new server would be clocking in. I don't know how that is appropriate or acceptable to paying customers. I was very understanding of the mix up over the coffee, said no big deal, didn't have an attitude and neither did my friend. She just chose not to respond to the initial comment over her blatant condescending tone, because I told my friend to just be quiet that she was getting the coffee and I know my friend felt not listened to initially and I just wanted a nice breakfast. Even after the waitress forced a response from my friend about her needing to reply about us agreeing to having a good experience even though I had already said yes, both problem, my friend was still responsive either yes, let's have a good experience, that wasn't enough for the server who chose to go complain to the cook. We weren't making it uncomfortable or a bad experience. I'm not sure why she chose to treat us this was. Obviously we left without breakfast and although I have been there before I will never return and I will make sure my friends quit going as well. They will follow my lead, since they know it takes a lot to get me to be upset enough to feel disrespected enough to leave a restaurant. I normally wouldn't even leave a review over a bad experience, but this takes the cake in all of my years of customer service and experience. Sorry for the long review. read more

Nothing really all that exciting. Expect the typical diner food. I had the eggs benedict, the hollandaise sauce seemed like it had been sitting for awhile and the hashbrowns tatsed off. Probably not going back, there are better diners in the area. read more

What they do well: great service, prices, and food. We went there when it was a full house and got seated promptly, our orders were taken and drinks brought out almost immediately. Waited for food an acceptable amount of time and everything was hot and delicious. My favorite was their stuffed hashbrowns, I ordered them without onions (I like onions but the last time I got them with, there were too many and it overwhelmed the dish). Their two eggs, hashbrowns, bacon or sausage, and toast or muffin dish is only $6.50, a little more to upgrade to the stuffed hashbrowns. This is for the Springfield location. The food was very bland and the coffee tastes burnt. They only have unrefrigerated half and half or vanilla creamer for your coffee and they both taste awful. Coffee is a big deal for me when it comes to breakfast, so I will be avoiding this place from now on. read more
