We had a small demolition project--a 11x12 foot garden bed--and were worried that no one would be willing to take it on. His price was extremely reasonable. I needed a yard cleared of debris and weeds. This was no easy task. The prior owner buried stuff like cement blocks and jars and glass, and the weed was so dried and the clay soil so compacted that I threw in the towel and called a pro. I'm lucky to have found Enrique. It was so convenient to be able to send photos for his review instead of waiting around for someone to show up in person. After I decided I wanted to proceed, he was able to come the next day. He followed instructions to the letter (there's a stray dog, enter the gate through here, etc). His team showed up promptly on time, and tbh I was asleep through most of it with the exception of greeting him and checking on the work at the end. They were so polite and non-disruptive given the nature of their work. I kept hitting brick after brick and roots that were feet deep. It was a lot tougher than it looked. We hired Casper's Demolition to remove an inground spa and swimming pool in August 2022. We…read morereceived 4 bids prior to beginning work; Casper's was the most competitive. There was a bit of a wait to start including our city building department which was backed up. Once underway Dylan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He devoted all his energy to making it (a messy job) as seamless as possible. He worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. When we asked him how much it would be to expand the scope of work by tearing out the surrounding hardscape and concrete patio, as well as an 8' high wood fence, he quoted us a very fair price and we proceeded. It was a complex job doing the demo around the existing posts of the patio cover which we wanted to keep. When the job proved more complicated due to the extra thick reinforced slab I offered to pay extra due to the amount of debris and extra work it took. He told me that it wasn't necessary, and honored his quote. Additionally, he took care of the coordination with the city and the soils engineer.
