A nice corner shop with a small bar but don't let this fool you they have a super awesome secret. It's their burgers made to order just how you like it. Best Bloody Mary I have had in a long time!! Went to brunch there, we originally were going to go to another place but the line was too long, found this place and was happily surprised. We ate brunch at Todd Conners. The menu has so many great options it was hard to choose. I had the crab eggs Benedict which was great. The homemade hollandaise was excellent. My boyfriend ordered the grits Benedict bowl. The serving of grits was huge but it was very good. We shared the honey sirracha wings. It was more honey and less sirracha but still very good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. I am looking forward to going back and trying more items from the menu (fried pb&j). read more

I stopped in for brunch today. The Maryland Omelet is claimed to have lump crab, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese. The reality is an overcooked thin omelet with a tiny bit of shredded backfin and a piece of square mozzarella cheese melted on it, and a little bit of chopped tomato that I almost forgot because it was so forgettable. It was very sad. Please do not subject yourself to it. The coffee was lukewarm and weak. I am underwhelmed and will not be going back. 2 stars for friendly staff and outdoor seating. read more

Came here with a friend relatively late at night after a stroll around Fells. We were hungry and thirsty. The food was quite good really, surprisingly so given the vibe of the bar. I had the burger, very tasty with much attention paid to the quality of each ingredient, and my friend had the steak sandwich, which was very solid, although not quite as good as the burger. The beer list leaves something to be desired though. As I recall, there was an effort to provide variety in terms of mass-market and microbrews, but the variety itself was rather weak. The microbrew selection was flawed--for each style of beer on the list, I could think of 4-5 beers of the style that I would rather have. Maybe this is just a reflection of my pickiness rather than any weakness in the menu, but I remember being disappointed with the selection. The bartenders were chill, and their chillness went a long way to determine the atmosphere of the bar. Many establishments at Fells are practically full on Fridays and Saturdays, but at the cost of much douchebaggery. This bar, however, was only half-full during our visit (perhaps due to its placement at the edge of the Fells loop), but thankfully was free of the backwards hats, faux pas shorts, and "bros." All in all, an excellent place to wind down your night out in Fells, especially if you're hungry. Kitchen open relatively late. read more

Awesome food, good beer, good service -- what more could you ask for? The bar is not the biggest so big groups are ill advised but I had an awesome chicken sandwich and mac'n'cheese. As other reviewers noted, it's not the quickest to get food, but it's all very good food and well worth the wait. I hope they're here for a while! read more

I LOVE this place! I have been coming here for over 3 years now. The Bartenders are great and friendly, the food delicious, the drinks well made (I love me a Moscow Mule and these are made correctly in the proper mug and all). Whenever I come to Baltimore I beg my brother to go here. I don't know what it is about this bar. I just love it. The servers/bartenders are awesome and down to earth. It is just like a walk in, take off your shoes type of place (but keep your shoes on) and the people that go there are nice. All the customers are really friendly too. It is just a fun place to be. I was pleasantly surprised at this one...we were on the road headed back from Philly to VA, when I told my family that I thought we should stop off in Baltimore to visit a Guy Fieri Diner or Dive...it was Mother's Day, so I wasn't sure what we could find that wasn't crowded. We found Blue Moon Cafe, but the wait was incredibly long, so we decided to walk down the street to TC. Got seated immediately, which got me worried! Ordered omelettes and the french toast. Both were excellent!!! Wait staff was very nice, although it felt like it took forever for the food to arrive. For Mother's Day, they offered a free cocktail, or strawberry short cake. Got the cake and it was so moist, I didn't want to share! Long story short, I'm glad we went and would go again in a heartbeat! read more

I stopped in Saturday afternoon June 30 for what I thought would be a quick brew. Instead after a very cordial welcome from Matt I decided to try some lunch as well. The crab sandwich with house sauce was great. This place was like "Cheers" with a family of locals.A mother and her 3 year old girl entertained us (did not get their names)with a singalong of "Call Me Maybe",too cute! Made me miss my 2 granddaughters. I hated to leave to continue my walking tour of the area on final day of a 3 day B'more visit. Baltimore people are the greatest ,ditto for the folks at "Nice TC Ya!".Bought their Tshirt as a keepsake. I do plan to go back to Baltimore soon and a return visit toTodd Conner's. read more

This restaurant had a brunch menu. Here are my general, and in my opinion reasonable, expectations for brunch. Next to each is how this restaurant failed spectacularly. 1. Service. Someone should take our order. We were brought a menu at least, but we waited fifteen minutes before deciding to go up and order at the bar. 2. Coffee. If you serve brunch, you should serve coffee. We ordered it, and were served half cups of lukewarm coffee. I can see how the waiter might have been trying to do us a favor and give us the end of the pot so we wouldn't have to wait while he brewed a new one. However, I would have much rather waited than been served burnt leftovers. 3. Creamer for coffee. The creamer was expired and left chunks in the already disgusting coffee we were served. 4. Someone to be at the bar to accept payment as we walked out because the food took too long. No one was there, so we couldn't cancel our order. We threw some dollars on the table for the disgusting "coffee" and left. read more

As I headed out for A Labor Day brunch, and approached my destination, the Blue Moon Cafe, with easily 50+ people waiting out front - in what I'd describe as controlled chaos - we decided to walk up another 2 blocks for an alternative that would not consume half of my day. With a sandwich board outside proposing $4 Bloody Mary's, Mimosas and Scredrivers, and an intriguing brunch menu, we went in. Don't be fooled by the corner/dive bar ambiance (not necessarily a bad thing, mind you). Fun menu, and good prices. Had a colossal bowl of grits, that were delicious. Partner had the grits/eggs over easy/bacon bowl. I wanted to try the deep fried PBJ French Toast, but my stomach has limits. Too much food. The funniest thing is they refer to this place as "The Blue Moon Waiting Room, as many folks apparently come here for drinks while waiting for their tables down the street. Really laid back bar with some great food options love the outdoor seating in the summer. We typically go down to fells to bar hop and end up just staying here all night. It's a mixed crowd and that's a good thing. Crowd fluctuates from busy to slow multiple times a night. But I've spent a many hours here and can't think of a single complaint. read more

this bar was awesome! paul was our bartender and he was very sociable and knowledgeable as well. he made me a custom drink (gin mojito) and it was delicious! they actually grow all of their own herbs and he went to the garden to get the mint for my drink. we ordered wings and they were super fresh! We have been going to Fells Point for over 15 years. For whatever reason we never stopped in at Todd Connors. Boy, what a mistake that was to skip this place! This is our new "go to" place, and we can't wait to take our friends. It is close to the hustle and bustle, but just enough out of the way to make it a bit more relaxing. The staff is AMAZING!!!!!! They are warm, friendly, funny, attentive. What more could you want? We even got a chance to talk to one of the owners and wow, she knows what customer service is all about. Now to the even better part......they have a very nice selection of beers considering the size of the place, but the food, oh boy, were we ever totally surprised. We had breakfast here (omelets, sourdough toast, home fries) and it was so good. Lots of fresh veggies in the omelets, the bloody mary was nice and spicy as I requested, the home fries are tasty. We were so impressed with breakfast that we came back for dinner and sat outside. Had the boom-boom shrimp and mac n' cheese. People, if you go to Fell's Point and don't stop in here for the boom-boom shrimp, you are crazy. OMG! It is a menu item that I know I will be craving frequently. SOOOO good! Again, at dinner, the staff was unbelievable. Friendly, fun, attentive, couldn't do enough for us. Alex is so cool, and knows a lot about the area. This is also a fantastic place for people watching as it is right on a corner. We ended up striking up conversation with the couple sitting next to us and somehow before we knew it, 6.5 hrs had passed!!!!! That's how great this place is....you lose track of time and it has everything you need. We will DEFINITELY be back, probably more times than we should. :) read more

Was heading into the aquarium for an evening date with my wife - wanted to use a restaurants.com certificate and found Todd Conner's. Drove in, parked on the street and walked in. If I hadn't had my certificate, I might have walked out as we don't usually eat in bar's since we expect it would be typical bar food. Boy are we glad we stayed. Dinner was pretty amazing for great price - even if we hadn't had the certificate. We did the Tuesday night steamed shrimp special for "appetizer". Best steamed shrimp I have had in a long time. Huge - and perfect seasoning. Our waiter brought our salads and crab cakes just as we were trying to get through the last of the shrimp. Both of which were also awesome. We will go again. IT is not a big place - only about 9 tables. Nice intimate bar setting that will give you a great taste of Baltimore. read more

Todd Connors was a really great choice for me and my fiancé on a Saturday night. We were hangin out in Fells Point and went there because we had a restaurant.com gift certificate. Best idea of the weekend. There were some fun games like apples to apples (alas just the two of us disqualified us for that gem) and chutes and ladders, cranium, etc. We chose to sit in the nearly abandoned dining area vs the bar. It was great . We could hear the bar music but didn't have to scream at eachother to talk. Our waitress was great, she kept the beers coming without stalking us, and delivered food/drinks promptly. And Oh! The burgers! Were awesome. Perfectly done, I like mine med rare and so does my fiancé. Perfect. We pretty much stopped talking to shovel in our food. Except for the initial bite, when the BF pointed at me and laughed because I was smiling so hard about the food I was chewing. I ate it all. Mmmmm. And to top it off, we were presented with a suspiciously small bill at the end of the evening. Not gonna complain about that one. I've got the sneaking suspicion they haven't hired math majors as servers. It was a fun little bar with great food. And if you want to play some games, you'll be in heaven. read more

I have been a bartender for over 12 years in Fells Point. He is RUDE. Bottom Line. I feel like it is a privilege for him to serve me. His attitude is terrible and he is beyond intolerable. A couple of months ago I ordered take out. I drove 20 mins from my home to pick it up. When I arrived I noticed a take out bag sitting in the back of the bar on a table but the bartender (skinny white guy with sandy blonde hair and a stupid porn-Stacey, pretty sure his name is Douglas) told me that my food would be a minute coming out. I waited 25 mins and then there was a shift change; when the new bartender came on she brought me the food that had been sitting in the back the entire time and said "sorry, he's wasted." Reluctantly, I returned to this place today. Same bartender. I sat outside but had to go inside to order EVERYTHING, including the water that I waited 20 minutes for. He was rude from the minute we walked in! I asked him if he had a problem because the entire time he made me waters he stared at me very awkwardly as if he was trying to intimidate me!!!! At the end of my meal he said VERY SARCASTICALLY "I am so sorry you had to wait so I comped your drinks" I replied "we ordered water" he said "I know". How fucking rude can you be!!!!! I've bartended many places and never would I EVER speak to a customer that way. He is trash!! Terrible face for your company. I will NEVER return!! read more

Love this place, great food and service with a smile. Last night I went out after the O's game and had 3 beers. At midnight, I wanted to get some food in my tummy before i drove home. All the good places stopped serving food at 10. The only places that were open had fatty foods like pizza and wings. I called Todd's, and asked them if they had anything healthy on the menu. The guy basically read me the menu and helped me pick out a healthy option. The food was sooooo good. Get the ahi tuna wrap. It came with chips too, and they were totaly worth the calories. This is my new go to place for late night food in Fells! P.S. love the manager. read more
