He's is passionate about what he does and invest into his profession by having new high end equipment!!! He is extremely nice and patient with his people!! My first thought was to keep my services at the Frisco location, but my husband and I decided to try Rockwall EYECARE. That was a big mistake. These folks are terrible. They overcharge you and try to make u pay for the extras ur insurance company covers. They tried to charge me $240 for two boxes of contacts and $368 for four boxes... when I have a $350 allowance towards contacts. I have all extra tests covered and my eye exam at 100%. I returned the unopened boxes of contacts. I took my prescription and went back to my old EYECARE location in Frisco. I paid $110 for four boxes of contacts and also received a contact lens vendor rebate. When you try to tell them you have had the same benefits for years and never paid that much, they get rude and show lack of customer service. They even tried to overcharge my husband for his contacts and also told him that the extra services were not covered... and we have the exact same insurance. The doctor was amazing. However, the front desk was not knowledgeable and rude. The management was even worse. I totally recommend shopping around... they are definitely overcharging customers. If I could give the 0 Stars, I would!

We…read moreonly went there because my husband was looking for a very specific brand and Pearle carried them. I didn't care if we went to a personal eye Care place or Wal-mart but I'm so glad my husband wanted a specific brand because It introduced us to Amy, who was so incredibly knowledgeable and knew everything about how my insurance worked and how to get the most out of my plan and where I barely paid out of pocket. I was so impressed that I asked to go get in next door with the optometrist WITHOUT an appointment ( which I'll do a review of her and her office next because they're also amazing) to see if I could get an exam because I now wanted to use Pearle that day with my family. Luckily, the optometrist had a customer running late and squeezed my in. I've had glasses since I was eight and have many experiences with getting glasses and this has been my favorite. So a month later my daughter wanted to get glasses and was going to go to America's Best because they advertise a really great special that you can't turn down. I get a call a frantic call from my daughter who is learning how to schedule and go to her appointment's alone and they said she only had an allowance of 70.00 when I was able to buy an almost 300.00 pair of Kate Spade glasses with only a few dollars that I had to pay out of pocket. I believe it was less than ten bucks. So, I told my daughter to go to Pearle in Rockwall, just down the street and speak to Amy. Amy, talked to me on the phone and explained that America's Best will say that "yes" your insurance is covered but won't tell you that you're "out of network". This makes a huge difference. My daughter ended up with a pair of "Ray Ban" glasses and paid nothing out of pocket for the glasses and only a little for the extra options for the lenses. I got "Kate Spade", my son and husband both got "Oakley" and my daughter got "Ray Ban" all brand names. I called Amy again..... And I wanted to speak to her manager so that I could tell them how impressed I was and she said she was the manager. So I needed to let people out there know how impressed with the service I am. I could careless about the name brands I care more about the quality of customer service I get because that's where I'll take my business in the future. Luckily, I have amazing insurance but even better Amy knew how to maximize our benefits. Just with the example of my daughter is proof why I'll always go back. She would have had to pay out of pocket for a pair of cheapy frames and wouldn't have gotten the bang for MY buck I spend in vision coverage.
