Mrs Jacqueline, helped me with everything she's amazing. Great company, great people. The experience was very smooth. The atmosphere was very friendly. I was able to get exactly what I needed. Same day and also ordered a pair of glasses that came in early. Just very thankful for the whole experience. read more

My overall experience was great. It was my first time there and already off to a great start. Persia was so sweet and was super helpful. She throughly explained what was going on and I left with no questions. She was the best, definitely coming back. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but my goodness, this place is so unprofessional and unorganized with their orders. I was told to come back for my glasses in 30 minutes, and it turned out they could not be cut there, so I had to come back in 1-2 WEEKS for them. Then, I was sent a message that my order was ready. I get there and the order was, in fact, nowhere to be found. I eventually did receive a call after I personally called their call center. Not to mention, I waited almost an hour to be seen, after having an appointment booked. I was not greeted by check-in person either. After having to drive out there 3 times, both ladies working there could care less to apologize for the inconvenience, and had no explanation as to why I was messaged to get my order even though it was not ready. So, very unprofessional and an unpleasant experience b read more

By far, the worst. 5 apts booked for me and my family. Staff walked by several times and treated us as if we were invisible. Waited 27 and decided to leave. Would never recommend this company to anyone especially my patients. read more

Morgan worked with me to get my glasses and was absolutely FANTASTIC! She was so kind and so patient with me while I got my exam, and she took the time to make sure I got the absolute perfect frames. Also s/o to Jaqueline for being so kind and friendly as well. I will absolutely be back and recommend to anyone seeking frames. read more

Experience was awesome ! Not traditional at all but the eye exam was just the same ! The doctor hops on with you and can adjust the machine remotely ! They were fast and pleasant. If I could give no stars I would, they messed up my prescription 3 times and keep telling me to come back to fix it, it is a 40 minute round trip not including time in the store. Then when I call back to handle the last phone call and mess up of them asking me to come back AGAIN they left me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on me. PLEASE go somewhere else, do not waste your time. This has been such a horrible experience. First day experience one worker spend the time talking to me about his wife's problems and trauma. So unprofessional. read more

Time for my eye check up and needed new eyeglasses. Made my appointment through their website, which was super easy. Showed up and they were ready for me. Process is always smooth and got seen fast by a virtual exam. This is the BEST PART... I was able to select my glasses and get them with my prescription in 30 minutes!!!! So I left with my exam done, 2 glasses with my prescriptions all for $79... that was it! Staff are super supportive and encouraging... thanks Jacqueline and Killian for a great service! read more

First time in my life where I have to wait 3 weeks for a pair of glasses! I came to pick them up after seeing they were "ready" online. Turns out they had a problem and are being "held" at the lab(?) no updates, no communication. I need my glasses for work and this is a frustrating experience after spending nearly $500 dollars!! Last time I go with them read more

I originally came in here with my fiance to get his lenses replaced and get a new prescription.  They had a doctor perform the eye exam remotely from who knows where.  Her accent was so strong we could barely understand her. He kept telling her he couldn't see the board that the mirror was pointing at and we waited for the assistant to come in to move it.   Good thing I was there because no one came to help and I ended up repositioning it myself. Regrettably we ended up purchasing two frames with lenses even though I had doubts about this place. About a week later we were told his glasses were ready for pick-up and were pleasantly surprised at how fast they showed up.  I went to pick them up and they had trouble locating them.   Apparently they were put in the wrong bin.  Then to my surprise the associate only gave me one pair.  I asked where the second pair was and he seemed clueless.   He checked the computer system and told me it was out for delivery and should be there within the next few days.   I was extremely disappointed because it's almost an hour long drive for me to come back to the store.  When the new expected date had past I called and asked for a status update.  I was told they would put in a ticket and they would be expedited because it was them who lost the second pair. It's been over a week and still haven't received them by the third ready by date they've given us.  Nearly a month since the original visit (1/13/23).  You try to call the business? They don't have a direct line there. You have to text a number and hope they respond. Which is about a 50 - 50 chance. The high-index lenses we were sold are very poorly made and they use the cheapest material. I called and asked what the exact index number is. They didn't know. They said they think 1.43 which is way below the standards of decent high index lenses.  The lenses are extremely thick and look ridiculous in thin frames.  The glasses stay pretty well smudged no matter how much you clean them. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else but here. This has been a nightmare.  The saying "you get what you pay for" is definitely true when it come to this place. read more

My son's glasses broke and he was so anxious about not being able to see in school. I called around to see if someone makes glasses in 24 hours. The ladies at Stanton were absolutely amazing and so helpful. I was out of there with a new pot of glasses and lenses in less than 30 min. My son only missed one class at school. It was amazing how fast and efficient this place is. And they have a large selection of glasses. I will definitely be going back. read more

The Sales Rep was nice enough, the Store was clean and organized, and I found my frames and went for the BOGO two for one deal ($500). The eye exam indicated I needed bifocals, but I didn't want that, I just wanted to be able to read a book or my computer. My vision is good enough that unless I'm reading up close, my glasses ride on top of my head, or dangle from a strap, so I just wanted the prescription for the "reading part" as a single lens. When the glasses arrived, I found I could not read a thing through them. They said that "hey, you said you didn't want bifocals, so that's what you get" even though we were very clear about what I wanted and the sales rep clearly understood it meant close vision. It doesn't matter whether the glasses would be useful to identify a squirrel as male or female at 100 yards, I just want to read fine print! I should have been able to read that their "satisfaction guarantee" to them only means "if the frames were not made or fitted properly" or "the lenses were not made according to established standards". It doesn't matter to them whether you can see clearly out of the darned things! If I can steer anyone away from this business, I'll credit the satisfaction I'll get against the total waste of my military retirement money on these totally useless glasses. read more

Completely frustrated with this place, BEWARE! I set my aptm up online and called the customer service department to verify they would accept my insurance, the agent gave me some crap about how they wont know till I get to the building, I told him I was not going to the aptm without verification that they take my insurance, that I know its just a trap to try and get me in the door and shove sales pitches down my throat. He called the this location for me and put me on hold 15 minutes, came back and said they do take my insurance. I show up for my appointment few days later and what does she say, Oh we don't take that insurance, but we can offer you a sale we have going on. I was so upset, total waste of my time, will not ever go back. read more

This was definitely a different eye exam than I've been used too. Exam is done by remote. The optometrist is not onsite at all. Store personnel will overlook you if they can and always act as if they're too busy to help you including answering questions. This location is concerned more about volume and not customer service. I dont expect a red carpet service, but I dont expect to be basically ignored either. read more

If i could give negative stars, I would. 1. they lied about taking my insurance and now just billed me a completely separate bill (even though i have already paid and they've already took my money) 2. they were completely unprofessional when i was in there- i had an appointment but they disregarded that. 3. they did not attend to any questions or concerns i had regarding my appointment, insurance adjustments, etc. Now I have ANOTHER bill that I'm responsible for even though I've already paid for my appointment. Mind you, my appointment was in July. I absolutely will not be going back and i'm extremely frustrated and stressed out being a student I don't have the means to pay for another bill. read more

Place is a joke. Specifically asked if they had a dr on site and was told yes, drove an hour to my appointment to be told it's telemedicine!!! Don't waste your time. read more

They are all helpful and patient with the customer. They also have good tips for putting contacts on and off for beginners.

Alex was super helpful and easy to deal with. Very friendly! Check this place out! I was glad to have found them! Thank you

I called customer service to schedule an appointment and asked them to verify my insurance to ensure coverage. The guy kept talking about the promotions they are running and that they only verify insurance in store. My insurance covers the exam and glasses 100% so promotions don't matter to me. He continued with his sales pitch after I explained to him that I just want to verify coverage. I will go elsewhere that can verify coverage before my appt. read more

Jacqeline was the sweetest and very helpful! Amazing service was in and out quickly.!

This was by far the best experience I have had to get glasses. From start to finish, Crystal was fantastic. Professional and friendly, she made my sister feel valued. She took time to explain her options to ensure eye protection and gave recommendations. I highly recommend Rockwall's Eyelab and will be returning for my own exam and glasses. read more
